Newly renovated with lots of bells and whistles, this is the best value in the area. One of the bedrooms can be used as office and/or bedroom. Huge 2 car garage. In-house washer, dryer and garage. Wow, for this price you get the whole private house. Take advantage of the beautiful weather by taking a walk everywhere including a huge park where you will meet lots of people from San Diego and all over the world.
