The area is safe, However sadly there is a Homeless Crisis going on in the area. The property has 24 hour security team on site who go above and beyond for guests safety and comfort. We as well as none of our guests have every had any issues besides being sad about the situation.

This high rise condo is across the street from Petco Park and a short walk to all the great bars and restaurants in East Village and Gaslamp. The unit itself is thoughtfully appointed with lots of little extras and nice touches that are downright delightful. Condition of everything is top notch and comfy. View from rooftop pool and hot top is awesome. Communication with host and host’s digital property guide are excellent! Definitely stay here; you’ll love it.

We traveled to downtown San Diego for a conference. This condo was in within about 10 minutes walking to the conference center so it was very convenient. There were lots of restaurants and stores around in a great location. The condo was clean and well put together. We had one tiny issue with one room, and it was taken care literally immediately. Great communication. I would recommend to anyone in the future.

Perfect Petco Park Condo

This unit has so much to offer! We were thoroughly impressed with the thoughtfulness of the owners. They really have everything you need, all the essentials plus more! We loved the coffee station. The bar area is great too even though we didn’t use it. The kitchen is FULLY stocked, the bathrooms have everything you need and are spacious! The water pressure is great too. We want to change our shower heads to the ones in the unit. The rooms are big!! The beds are very comfortable too. There’s plenty of storage space in the closets. My son loved the games as well. Our stay was too short to everything offered. Highly recommend!

Fantastic day at a fantastic place

This was likely the best rental I have ever stayed at. The place was exactly as described. Actually, it was even better. The owners of this property have thought of everything. They have things in the bathroom like extra razors, toothbrushes in case you forgot anything. The kitchen was stocked with coffee maker and coffee and creamer and sugars. They even had snacks in case you got hungry in the middle of the night. The attention to detail really amazed me. Coming from across the country, that was very welcome when I arrived.The next time I am in San Diego, I will absolutely look this place up again. We were there for a business meeting at the convention center and the walk was very short. And safe. Since we were all females, that was important to us. It is definitely a fantastic place for anyone looking to visit San Diego And I highly recommend it.
