With so many amenities you won't run out of fun things to do with your family and group. You will be granted access to fantastic on-site amenities that include heated indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs with a rock waterfall and mountain views (seasonal), a 25-acre conservation park on the Watauga River with two stocked catch and release fishing ponds, several hiking trails, and picnic pavilions, a bocce/croquet court, two fitness centers, TV loungers, patios, two clubhouses, a game room with pool tables and arcade games, libraries, meeting rooms, and kitchens.

Inside this air-conditioned home away from home, you will find a bright and airy open floor plan that allows everyone to spread out yet be gathered at the same time. Curl up by the warmth of the gas fireplace as you stream your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. When mealtime comes, surprise your guests with delicious homemade masterpieces prepared in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with plenty of cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. You will love the covered deck for your morning coffee or evening cocktail - the view is wooded and shady in the summer and seasonal mountain views in the winter. The primary suite also has deck access along with two closets and an adjoining en suite bath with vanity and shower.

If you choose to venture farther out, you'll be a short drive away from ski resorts and Grandfather Mountain State Park.
