In addition to a Laundry room. Upstairs 3 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 douoble and 1 with single beds) and 1 full bathroom. The third level is a cool covered terrace with views of the city, as well as the mountains and the sea, Bucerias Beach just 5 minuntes walking, Close from Main Town of Bucerias, where you will find Many options Restaurants.

CASA WALINA. Bonita casa rústica mexicana ubicada en el fraccionamiento Terralta II en Bucerias, a pocos minutos de la playa, con excelente ubicación para salir a visitar todos los atractivos turísticos de Riviera Nayarit.
Cuenta con tres niveles: en la parte de abajo con sala-comedor con Smart TV, cocina totalmente equipada, ½ baño, terraza techada con muebles de jardín y asador. Además de un cuarto de lavado. Arriba 3 recámaras (1 queen, 1 matrimonial y otra con camas individuales) y 1 baño completo. El tercer nivel es una fresca terraza techada con vistas a la ciudad, así como a las montañas y el mar.
