Great Newport location. Short walk to the beach, great neighborhood for walking. Loved that we could walk to a few restaurants on Aquidneck Avenue. (Loved Clemmie's ice cream and Diego's tacos. House layout, amenities and furnishings were all great. We had a very comfortable and relaxing get away. I would definitely return.

This was a fantastic find! Chandler was an excellent host, communicative and very accommodating. I’m sure you have already read about the comfortable beds - believe it. Hands down the most comfortable of all of the rentals in which I have stayed. My friends and I all tried checking for a brand name with no luck. The location was great - very close to the vineyard, grocery store, fast food and a quick drive to downtown Newport. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very nicely and recently renovated. Chandler was easy to deal with. The toilets both need some minor attention. The king bed en-suite seat is loose and in the other upstairs bathroom the water continues to run unless you jiggle the handle. But we enjoyed ourselves very much.

So comfortable and so close to the attractions

We spent three nights and had a great time, gone during the day, visiting all the sites in the area and enjoying the great food, and then coming home to a very comfortable place, great beds, a great sectional to relax on at the end of the day and watch a movie, we will definitely stay there again

Solid house in a very convenient location. House is more dated than the pictures show. Communication with the owner was very easy. Comfortable beds. The house is off of a main road which is pretty busy. Overall it fit out needs for our stay.

To any potential future guests, I would just like to point out that the interior of this house was completely renovated three years ago and all photos have been taken within the last two years. It is my sincere belief that all pictures give a very accurate depiction of the house. Secondly, this house sits on a road that connects to a main road and while traffic passing by can be a little heavier than a private neighborhood, the amount of cars passing by is usually very light and the house itself is very quiet. Thank you!

Me and my friends stayed here for a girls weekend away! We absolutely loved this property and couldn’t recommend it enough. Chandler was an excellent host who was very helpful, easy to reach, and enthusiastic. The location was perfect, just a ten minute drive to town and to the Mansions. We came during the winter so we do not try the beaches. The house was spotless, fully stocked, and organized. We even had an issue with working the heat and Chandler quickly helped us fix the problem, and let us know there were space heaters to help in the meantime! Overall couldn’t have asked for a better property, and certainly made our stay so wonderful! Thanks Chandler!

The home was perfect! Spacious living area with a huge sofa! Large dining table to accommodate the whole family. Nice private outdoor space. Huge primary bedroom with comfortable bed.
