Amazing host to work with. Very communicative and easy to reach. Our bridal party used the house for getting ready the morning of my daughter’s wedding. The lighting was great and there was plenty of seating for everyone. We enjoyed our stay very much and would certainly return.

We all loved the house, it was very clean, with an immaculate kitchen and was beautifully decorated. It was so nice to see that the cleanliness in the house matched what was in the photos. Chandler was helpful, professional and responded quickly to all communications. We'd love to stay again next time we're in Newport! Thank you Chandler we had an amazing time.

The Middletown house was very cozy and quaint. It needs a few amenities…hooks on the door for towels ( we purchased some) , maybe some drawers in the bedrooms would help. All in all it was a nice house. I would still recommend it for a small group.

We had an excellent stay and would stay here again. Everything was in perfect working order. Entry was easy and directions clear. Chandler communicated everything clearly and we felt we could get hold of him easily if we needed to. Off street parking was spacious for our one car.Thank you for a wonderful three nights!

Great Newport location. Short walk to the beach, great neighborhood for walking. Loved that we could walk to a few restaurants on Aquidneck Avenue. (Loved Clemmie's ice cream and Diego's tacos. House layout, amenities and furnishings were all great. We had a very comfortable and relaxing get away. I would definitely return.

This was a fantastic find! Chandler was an excellent host, communicative and very accommodating. I’m sure you have already read about the comfortable beds - believe it. Hands down the most comfortable of all of the rentals in which I have stayed. My friends and I all tried checking for a brand name with no luck. The location was great - very close to the vineyard, grocery store, fast food and a quick drive to downtown Newport. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very nicely and recently renovated. Chandler was easy to deal with. The toilets both need some minor attention. The king bed en-suite seat is loose and in the other upstairs bathroom the water continues to run unless you jiggle the handle. But we enjoyed ourselves very much.

So comfortable and so close to the attractions

We spent three nights and had a great time, gone during the day, visiting all the sites in the area and enjoying the great food, and then coming home to a very comfortable place, great beds, a great sectional to relax on at the end of the day and watch a movie, we will definitely stay there again
