This ocean-front home with private beach access is the ideal location for your beach getaway. This 4 bed, 2 bath beach house is RIGHT on the ocean w/ sweeping views of Kelly Beach & Bonnet Shores coastline. Kelly Beach is a PRIVATE white-sand beach accessible only by the boardwalk directly in front of this home. After a day at the beach w/ the kids & an outdoor shower, sip a cocktail on the balcony watching the sunset over Narragansett Bay... a dream beach vacation to look forward to!!!
PLEASE NOTE: There is a one-week minimum (Sat. to Sat.) from June 22, 2025 to Sept. 6, 2025.

What a beautiful home and location! We stayed for my son’s gradation from URI. It was so nice to have all my kids and their grandmother be able to stay all together! The house is even better in person! The furnishings and views amazing! The kitchen well equipped with everything you would need. We spend a lot of time in the back room as we could all fit easily and comfortably. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

We had a lovely girls weekend at this house! The house is exactly as pictured. It was clean and well appointed with everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, and the linens were very nice! Nicole was very responsive with any questions I had.We loved hanging out in the beautifully decorated upstairs sitting room with views of the ocean. The proximity to the beach couldn't be beat. Would highly recommend!

Great house, spacious with plenty of room for our family and guest to sprawl. Had all the amenities we needed, parking, grill, linens, which made our stay so easy.The location- I don’t even know how to describe the feeling of “walking” back from the beach, crossing the tiny street, and being in our house.
