After a day of sun and surf, retreat to the tranquil bedroom for a peaceful night's sleep. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, ensuring the utmost comfort and privacy. The second sleeping space with queen bed is equally inviting with its cozy setup and ample storage space. This space is separated from the living room by a privacy curtain.

The Space
Light bright and open concept space with wall-to-wall windows. Feels like a two bedroom, with a master suite (king bed), and a queen bed in room separated by a privacy curtain. This second room converts between sleeping and living space, and allows expansive ocean views when curtain is drawn. No AC. Enjoy the ocean breeze.
The Property
Marina Towers is an iconic building in Oceanside, towering over the harbor with views for forever across the Pacific Ocean. This resort-like community includes a pool, hot tub, outdoor BBQ, gym, and secure off-street parking, and is waling distance to restaurants, bars, the harbor and the beach.

House Rules
- Check-in time is at 4:00 PM
- Check-out time is 10:00 AM
- We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
- Guest must be at least 28 years of age.
- All reservations must submit driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
- No events
- No pets allowed

Vacation Rental Contract
You are booking with Casago North County San Diego, a professional local property management company. We require guests to complete our own “Vacation Rental Agreement,” after they've made their booking. We do this to ensure quality and consistency for our guests and our homeowners.

Guest Ranger
Guests are required to complete Guest Ranger, an identify verification service. The link is imbedded in our contract which you will receive after you have completed your booking.

Guest Access
Guests must present picture identification upon arrival. Home is secured with electronic lock. Gate code required to enter building. Check in is at 4 pm; check out is 10am.

Directions
Exit the 5 freeway at Harbor Drive and go west. Building is on left at "T" intersection.
