Summary:

An indulgent getaway at this enchanting beach side home features a private pool bordered by tall palm trees. Sunbathe on lounge chairs and enjoy cookouts at home with a gas grill. More fun in the sun awaits at the beach located 2 blocks away; with the ability to walk or take a 6 seater golf cart ride! The bright interior is perfect for entertaining with an open kitchen, dining, and living space. Highlights include a suite with its own private balcony, central air conditioning, and washer/dryer.



Other Things to Note:

-Pool is heated per request during off-season (Sept-May).

1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool.

Fee: $50 per day or $200 max (must be paid prior to check in)



-Pets: 2 dogs max (50 lbs. or less)

Fee: $200 non-refundable



-Damage Protection fee is included to protect you during your stay.

This was such a relaxing stay! Loved the location: felt safe in the gated neighborhood and was close to the beach. Pool was awesome and loved that we could walk or take the golf cart to the beach. Will definitely be back!

This property is a Gem. Located within walking distance of coffee shops, the beach , eating and shops. We enjoyed the pool very much and it was beginning of November. House is set up just right to enjoy every aspect of your vacation. Some minor details would be to get new patio furniture (all wicker chairs have holes) clean out the broken grills out of the back and some TLC in the kitchen. Would go back over and over!

We had a very great stay. It was very close to the beach. We also love that golf cart. Very great house to stay very great. Gated community didn’t have any problems and everything is close. Bed slept well. Will come back again.

Awesome Beach Trip

The Location was perfect literally about a ten min walk if that from the beach. It was great but what made it even better was the pool, when the Rip Current was too much we could just relax out back by the pool and enjoy the sun and the day. 100% recommend :)

Great Family Getaway

The house and backyard pool area was everything! My family and I will definitely book here again! We loved the short distance to the beach and stores. We only didn’t like the fact of no face towels and very limited bath towels were available but we just went to walmart nearby and purchased some! Other than that the say was very Homely and Pleasant!

Perfect vacation rental!

We had 9 adults comfortably stay fir 5 days. This rental is well stocked and had everything we needed including beach towels and chairs-a big bonus! The pool was wonderful. This is on a gated community and we were unable to get the pedestrian gate codes to work but used the golf carts to drop off at Pompano Joes Beach Access.

Great location for a family getaway

Overall, the stay was great, with a few exceptions that were not the owners’ responsibility. We arrived just after the 4th of July, and it seemed the cleaning crew missed a few details while preparing the property. Because of that, we gave cleanliness and overall experience one star less.That aside, the location was perfect—especially with the golf cart. The private beach area was much less crowded than Destin, which made it even better. Plus, it was only a 10-minute drive to nearly all of Destin’s main attractions.The best part of the stay was being able to bring our fur babies along, even though there are only a few dog-friendly areas.We would absolutely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Great overall!

We stayed at this two-story home in Miramar Beach and had a great time overall! The private pool and included golf cart were definitely the highlights—made getting to the beach super easy and fun. The location is perfect for families looking to spend most of their time outdoors.The house is spacious and worked well for our group, but just a few things to note: it could’ve been a bit cleaner when we arrived. The grill was dirty, so we ended up buying our own, and while there were plenty of towels, there weren’t enough extra linens or pillows for a larger group. The AC struggled to keep the house cool during the day and night, but it was manageable.Overall, it’s a solid place for big families or groups who plan to spend most of their time at the beach or by the pool. We made great memories here!

Roach Motel

The house and pool were lovely, though the furnishings are a bit dated. The kids really enjoyed the pool and it is close to the beach and shopping. However, there were roaches all over downstairs: the kitchen, the bunk room, the bathroom, even the living room. The property manager responded the next day and relocated us to a fabulous house that was big-free, so we truly appreciate the customer service and immediate response. Again, the house was lovely, but I would receive triple assurances the bug-issue has been corrected before booking.

Home was nice..experience not so much

The pool was fantastic. The size of the home was perfect. However…there were bugs (dead and alive), massive amounts of dog hair (even on the “clean” sheets), and we had no hot water for 2 days (maintenance claimed to never get the message but when they did, they came in and shut the water off by 0800 and we weren’t set to leave until 1000). The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances. The property managers never responded to several emails and texts about the issues unfortunately…so house is 4 stars but experience is more like 2 stars.

Please accept our apologies for the frustrations you encountered, Christian. These maintenance issues were highly related to the freezing weather that we had around the days of Christmas. We did our best to get them resolved with the limited staff we had to work with, and vendors were extremely busy with calls for frozen pipes. The pet hair has been discussed with our cleaners, and a deep clean has been suggested to the homeowner. Thank you!

This house is in need of repairs. Furniture in very poor condition. Lots of items broken or not in working condition. Too much money for the condition of the property. I sent pictures and I have a long list of items that were broken and or not working.

This was a great place to stay with family and we were even able to bring our dogs. We loved the privacy of the neighborhood, the pool, and the close walk to the beach. A golf cart was even included which was a nice surprise! Lots of restaurants to walk to as well. We really enjoyed our stay, and Vacasa was a great host!

Fourth of July 2022

The pool was a great outlet for the kids. The house is an easy walk to the beach, another great place for the kids. Neighborhood is quiet and house was very clean, but Vacasa could’ve stocked the house with paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, hand soap, dishwasher soap, and garbage bags. Had to purchase all these for a three-day, four-night stay with a family of seven.

We have a great maintenance manager that can get to the house in minutes. Just text me, for ANYTHING you need or missing.

Our pool cleaning team cleans the pool twice a week to ensure you and your kids always enjoy cleanest water!
