About Becca Oliver
We are a young but large family of seven. My wife and I grew up in California but moved to Colorado shortly after we were married. We love it here and are a very 'outdoorsy' family.
Becca Oliver purchased this Cabin in 2013
Why Becca Oliver chose Grand Lake
As a family we have been visiting Grand Lake for almost 10 years. After many visits, we finally decided to buy a cabin here. We looked for about 3 years and finally found the place that was perfect for us. A cabin with balconies, great view and lots of land for our kids to enjoy. There is so much to do on the property and within walking distance. That is what we love the most about this place. We find Grand Lake very relaxing and it provides an escape from the hustle and bustle of life. We learned a great deal about vacation rentals in Grand Lake over the past 10 years as we were the renters. We always made mental notes of what we liked and what we didn't. We have done our best to set up this rental to include everything we liked and nothing we didn't.
What makes this Cabin unique
Honestly, I have not seen a place like this in the mountains. We have a huge, beautiful yard with a firepit, horseshoe pit, swings for the little ones, porch swings facing the lake, and two beautiful decks. Inside it is almost 2 separate dwelling places. Perfect for multiple smaller families. We have tried make sure it has all of the comforts of home. Come stay with us ;)

Nice, clean, and just enough room for our group.
Our stay was for a senior trip. We went in March and there was snow on the ground. The groups wasn't much for outdoor sports so they did spend the majority of the stay indoors. It was enough room for them to hang out, play video games and enjoy the hot tub.
Beautiful place, cozy home, lots to do for all ages!
We loved our stay here! The home was clean and cozy and had a beautiful view. We enjoyed sledding and wandering the shops on Main Street and trying a few of the restaurants. The hot tub and fire pit were also a huge plus. We can't wait to come back and see everything in the summer!
Beautiful place... Incredible view!
We had such a lovely, relaxing time! We would love to go back and check out more of what Grand Lake has to offer. With the comfort of this beautiful home to stay in. And, I wish we would have had time to enjoy the fire pit! We will be back for sure!
Beautiful, cozy and accomodating cabin!
Our family of 4 stayed in this quiet cabin with our friends (family of 4) at the end of February to go snowmobiling in Grand Lake. This cabin is absolutely beautiful and the views from it are amazing. It has everything you need, from pots and pans to plenty of towels for the hot tub. It is very close to downtown Grand Lake which made it very convenient for us to go to our snowmobiling check-in point and then lunch right after at one of the several restaurants open during the winter. The hot tub after our activities on 2 super cold days was beyond perfect!!! Becca was very accommodating and always available to answer any questions we had during our stay. We loved the cabin and surroundings and would highly recommend it. Can't wait to be back!!!
Beautiful Mountain Home
We really enjoyed our time at this beautiful house. They open layout was perfect for a larger group. We were able to all eat together and play games in the living room comfortably. We were there in the winter but I'm sure during the summer you would enjoy the perfect view of the lake.
Nice house nice accommodations fairly close to the lake.
Our group had a good time house was nice, clean everything you needed was there. Property does have some pretty close Neighbors one being a lady in a trailer house that is very unfriendly other than that had a good experience.
