Ocean View Vacation Rental at popular White Sands Village Complex.

We are located 4 miles south of charming Kailua-Kona Village and directly across from Kona's spectacular Magic Sands Beach. Picture yourself enjoying beautiful ocean views and dreamy sunsets from our large covered lanai. Our home is almost oceanfront, located one unit from the front of the southern Keauhou building! Walk just 70 steps to one of Kona's best sandy beaches or travel one mile south to the famous Kahalu'u Beach Park where you will find extraordinary snorkeling. Our tropically decorated and comfortable home away from home is 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. We have newly updated and our home has all the comforts for your vacation stay including, new linens, furniture and NEW full sized appliances. You will enjoy beautiful ocean views from both bedrooms and the sound of the ocean can be heard throughout our home. We have just upgraded our sleeper sofa to the COZY MATTRESS system which boasts a real bed mattress for a very comfortable nights rest!

White Sands Village offers many resort style amenities including pool, spa, sauna and free tennis courts.


What you can expect: Fresh linens and towels, new tropical furniture, a well appointed kitchen and beach equipment for you to enjoy. Your Hawaiian vacation rental is tropically decorated and perfect for families with a queen sized bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom and a queen size Cozy Mattress sleeper sofa in the living room. Two full baths, central air, ceiling fans, TV, DVD, Free WIFI, and a washer and dryer all add to the comfort and convenience of this ideal condo. Relax in your home away from home with the sound of the waves lulling you to sleep at night. You will enjoy views of turquoise blue water from both bedrooms and large lanai. Our home includes many upgrades including, granite counter tops, hickory cabinets, new full size appliances, AC, a walk in shower and newly tiled floors. At check in you will find a *starter* supply of paper towels, toilet tissue, hand and dish soap. You will find a binder in our unit with directions to the nearest stores to stock up on additional supplies.


Resort Amenities: Take advantage of the many resort style amenities that White Sands Village has to offer such as inviting pool, spa, sauna, free tennis courts, pool table, and well manicured tropical grounds. Enjoy meals on your lanai or head down to the covered BBQ area where you can grill your meal on one of three gas grills. Our large lanai is the perfect place for meals with amazing sunset views!

Such an enjoyable stay!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property, and each time we were very impressed with the overall cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. We love this location… the view of Magic Sands Beach, and easy access to many restaurants, shops, etc. in the area.

Fantastic Magic Sands Condo

This place was perfect in May - beautiful sunsets, across the street from a sandy beach, nice pool, and not too far from restaurants. Even some bird nests and gecko friedns. We loved it!

This is the most adorable spot. Super clean, and right across the street from the best beach in Kona. Check in was easy, and proximity to downtown stuff couldn’t be better. Would definitely stay again.

Location awesome! Well taken care of condo, easy checkin, parking, great view. It was a perfect base for grandparents to show adult grandkids sights on Kona side and all the way to Volcano.

Great Location - steps to the beach

Fabulous location. I was great for our family to be able to get up in the morning and walk to the beach without having to load up the car. Enjoyed the view from the lanai of the beach. Condo was well stocked and had everything we needed.

Amazing Ladies Trip

Love this condo and stay here every time we are in Kona! Usually come with my husband but turned this trip into a ladies only trip and had a fantastic time! So much to do on the big island and just a 1-2 miles walking distance of several restaurants and markets! This place is always like a home away from home, very clean, comfortable and all the amenities you will need!

Relaxing and Pleasurable Stay

This property was especially comfortable and pleasant. We certainly appreciated the overall cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen, bathrooms, closets, and lanai were very well stocked with all the supplies we needed for our stay. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is planning to visit this area. I think our most favorite thing was the beautiful view of Magic Sands Beach from the lanai.

Perfect location

Perfect condo in a perfect location. Loved listening to the sound of the ocean first thing in the morning and as you fall asleep. We loved being able to just walk across the street to the beach. The condo clean. Beds were comfortable. The barbecue area by the pool was so nice as was the pool and hot tub. I highly recommend this place. Owners were very helpful with suggestions and quickly responded to any questions we had.

Fantastic getaway

Beautiful condo with an ideal location! The condo had everything that we needed and more. Gorgeous lanai overlooking Magic Sands. We loved being able to walk across the street to the beach. Fantastic pool with plenty lounge chairs in the sun and shade and a great BBQ area. We loved everything about this property and hope to be able to book again in the future!

Magical!

Loved this property! The location was amazing with a big lanai and ocean views. The condo had boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler. The grounds and pool area were great. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is that there was no sand at Magic Sands beach (which of course the owners have control over).

A Perfect Condo

We lived this condo. It had everything you could possibly need from a well outfitted kitchen to beach items. The lanai was huge and had lots of great seating . We would recommend this condo and hope we can come back to our favourite Hawaiian island. I loved that the owner reached out on our arrival to make sure everything was OK. Muhalo

We totally enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, comfortable and the location was great!

We were 2 couples in this condo and it was great having two full bathrooms so we didn't have to share. The beds were comfortable and clean. It was awesome to be right across the street from the beach. We enjoyed viewing the sunset from the balcony. Also, having the laundry on site was a definite bonus. May I suggest the following that we thought were missing from the condo: BBQ tongs, tea towels, and paper towels or napkins. We would definitely stay at this condo again if we came to Kona again!

Great location, nice sized condo

The condo is nicely set up, with all you need, including an air conditioner in the twin (back) bedroom. This not only made it comfortable at night, but also was a noise buffer. It was comfy and the view of Magic Sands Beach directly across the street was great! The instructions say you have to pick up the pool key from the office, but it is actually in the condo so you can hop in the nice pool right away. Great communication from the owners leading up to and including during my stay.

This was a very comfortable condo with super easy, convenient access to Magic Sands Beach, one of the few good swimming beaches on the Kona District of the Big Island. The owner, Kira, responds very quickly to any questions or needs. The compex is a little older and so we figured that was why we could not get the AC to work very well when we tried to use it at night. All else was fantastic!!
