The house was very clean and in the perfect location, just a quick 5–10 minute walk to town. I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a nice, quiet place to relax while still being just a short walk from downtown.

We enjoyed our first stay on Martha’s Vineyard. The house was conveniently located to all points of the island. It was very quaint with updated kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. It was very clean. I would definitely stay there again!

Great location.

The house was very clean and updated. It was so nice not to have to bring beach chairs and umbrellas from Pennsylvania. We brought our car on the ferry, but we were able to walk many places.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn't have asked for a better place to call home during our family's Juneteenth trip to Oak Bluffs.The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had plenty of space for everyone, and the location was fantastic—we could easily walk to the beach and the main Oak Bluffs area. It made exploring the island so convenient while still enjoying a quiet, relaxing place to unwind at the end of the day.James was a great host—responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We truly appreciated his hospitality and his willingness to share such a lovely property with our family.We made some amazing memories during our time on Martha's Vineyard, and this home played a big part in that experience.
