This beautifully decorated OCEAN VIEW condo is an easy 1-minute walk to the beach and is especially great for couples and small families! #233 offers you many new amenities for your comfort, so plan to relax in our lovely, freshly painted, and extremely clean 518 sq. foot one-bedroom, one-bath villa within an oceanfront, gated, and secure complex. Also, for your convenience, there is an elevator, a laundry facility on each floor, and a fantastic pool area! A boardwalk to the beach has a private outdoor shower area to rinse all the sand back off! Sea Side Villas has a beautiful sun deck with loungers and a nice BBQ area with grills and picnic tables. Covered parking under the building is also available at Seaside Villas 1. You will have access to 2 adult beach cruiser bikes, four beach chairs, and a beach sun shade while you vacation with us. This unit has cable TV and high-speed internet. It is close to everything on South Forest Beach and the popular Coligny Plaza area. It is within walking distance of Celebration Park! You will be happy you booked our little vacation spot on the incredible, sandy shores of Hilton Head Island!

We felt so lucky to have a room with a view of the ocean and quick/easy access to the beach. While the accommodations were compact (I wouldn't recommend more than 3 people staying here - two was ideal!) everything was efficient, with thoughtful attention to detail! Easy access to the bikes (which we loved!) and even laundry facilities. Information from the owners was thorough, timely and they responded readily to any questions or feedback. We would love to return :)

We are the Tallent's- Homeschooling, construction company owners, who were born and raised in Northwest Ohio, but call Tega Cay, South Carolina our home since 2005. Nick loves to cook and Erin loves gardening. We both LOVE food! We also enjoy spending our free time outside with the family mostly on the water, but also camping and hiking. Boating, paddling, fishing, tubing ect. are some of our favorite water activities. You can most often find us hanging with our kids or around the table enjoying good food, games and friendships!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with HHI and the slow pace of Island life the very first time we visited, with our large family in 2005! We dreamed of the day when we would eventually have a place to call our own near the ocean. We love Sea Side Villas! The vast beach and activities that South Forest Beach has to offer. Biking, long walks on the beach, thrifting, grilling out, games, watching the sun rise and set, and night crabbing are our favorite things to do while staying at Tidal Thyme!

What makes this property unique

You will love the natural sunlight that radiates in this south facing condo. The sounds of the sea and the cool ocean breezes that filter in from our ocean view balcony are truly therapeutic. Tidal Thyme is a relaxing retreat to unwind and recharge for anyone who visits. Just steps to the beach and all its beauty!
