Location: a beachfront resort property with direct beach access (200 yards to the sand, 150 yards to the resort’s large pool).

*Towels are provided for your stay. There are 2 sets in the Bedroom, and 1 set in a plastic bag in the bedroom closet. Each set consists of 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel and 1 Wash Cloth. The Sleeper Sofa Set consists of 1 set of sheets w/ 2 pillow cases, 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel & 1 Wash Cloth. There is no towel or linen service being delivered each day. This is your amount for your stay. No Beach Towels.

*Also supplied: Dish, Laundry & Dishwasher Soaps (2 pods each), Kitchen Towels, Paper Towels, 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper, 2-3 Garbage Bags, Pot Holders, Bath Tissues, Shampoo and Conditioner. This is your amount for your stay.

LAUNDRY: Washer and Dryers are down on the 1st & 2nd Floor. 2 pods are provided for you upon arrival. Each load is $3.00...Money Card can be purchased directly from W/D room on 1st Floor.

CONDO & RESORT INFORMATION
-Check in time is 4:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am.
-Daily maid service is not included.
- Washer and Dryers are located one the 1st & 2nd Floor. You will need to purchase a Money Card at the 1st floor location. They are not coin operated.
-NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. (FULL RESORT POLICY)
-No motorcycles. No vehicles with logos, company or business names, construction debris, refuse, or equipment will be allowed within the gated community between 7pm-8am. (Resort Rule)
-NO E-Bikes / No Smoking
-Rental guests must be 21 years of age or older, or have an adult present in the villa for the duration of the rental period.
-Security Gate and onsite presence 24/7.
-Resort Front Desk is open 7AM - 10:00pm for special needs or emergencies
