The villa boasts a brand-new, fully equipped kitchen, a beautifully updated bathroom, and stylish new furnishings throughout. The whimsical décor and new flooring add a touch of elegance, making it an ideal retreat for couples. Unwind in the evening on the luxurious king-size bed, with a queen-size sleeper sofa available for additional guests. Stay connected with high-speed WiFi and two smart TVs.

The Sea Side Villas complex features gated parking, a community pool, and a designated grilling area. For added convenience, laundry facilities are located just down the hall.

Very nice property with great view. Steps away from Coligny beach and minutes from Sea Pines. Restaurants, shopping, bike and walking tours all within minutes as well.

Oceanfront view!

Loved this property for 2! Beautiful view and just the right size for 2 people. Only issue was the rusted outdoor table and the ac blows hot air onto you from the back while seated at the outdoor table. Easy fix: we covered table with a towel and turned off ac during dinner on the deck. Decor is lovely; will return!

We had a wonderful stay at this unit! Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the place was spotlessly clean and beautifully renovated. Loved the ocean views and especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. The development and neighbors were quiet, and the pool, while small, was a nice bonus. We also appreciated the short, shaded 5-minute walk to Coligny Plaza for shops and restaurants.A couple of small downsides: the AC unit on the balcony is a bit noisy, and the unit could use a few more essentials (like a cutting board, more toilet paper and trash bags for a longer stay, and a new hair dryer). Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable visit!

The condo is just as listed . Really nice upgrades , super clean and comfy bed .Perfect ocean view balcony for morning coffee or moon light cocktails. Great location , short walk to beach and shops. Will definitely visit again.

Great place!

We loved the place, it was advertised just as it is. Loved how close it was to the beach and walkable to many restaurants and shopping. The property manager was very kind with helpful. I would rent this place again if we go back with only two people. My only suggestion for the write up it to tell people to bring quarters if they want to use laundry we don’t have any and had to go looking. We figured there was change machine.

Very Nice Ocean Front Villa

We've been staying at various Sea Side Villa units for over 30 years now. Great location. Walk or bicycle everywhere if you want. This villa is a very nice ocean front unit that we've stayed in twice now.

My son and I had the best time! The room was just big enough for the 2 of us. Parking was great, and we felt very safe on the property. Everyone was super nice and friendly. We will be back!

Very Nice Ocean Front Villa

We have stayed at Seaside Villas now for over 30 years. Great location, right on the beach. Just walk out of your unit and across the boardwalk to the beach in 5 minutes flat. This was a very nice ocean front villa on the fist floor. We will surely stay there again.

Our condo was all we hoped for and more. Tastefully decorated and nicely stocked with quality items. Couch and bed could have been a little more comfy but not enough to cause us to stay somewhere else. Wasps liked the balcony area but we quickly learned that would not bother us. The beach was a little more crowded than we expected compared to past years at this time but it was still very nice. It was a really great and enjoyable vacation!!! Thanks for all the added touches! They were noticed and appreciated!!!
