This spacious second floor condo (Condo C) has an open concept living area featuring a beautifully remodeled expansive kitchen with a large center island and all new high-end appliances, and totally remodeled bathrooms with custom tile. The primary bedroom has a frameless glass enclosed shower and the hall bathroom has a tub/shower.

The condo has a family-friendly super capacity LG washer and dryer, new customer window shades, luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, central air and heating, a private back deck and front porch. Off street parking is included for 2 mid-size vehicles in the back.

Just one block to the beach and boardwalk, this beautiful condo is in the heart of Ocean City, within walking distance of more than 100 shops, restaurants and attractions. Within a block of shuffleboard courts, track, football/soccer field, beach volleyball and basketball courts, and a half block to the tennis courts, the location is second to none. A terrific skateboard park is just a few blocks away. Stroll Ocean City's famous 2-mile boardwalk and find hundreds of shops, eateries (fudge, salt water taffy, ice cream, pizza, funnel cake, French fries, snow cones, popcorn, candy apples and more!), 2 amusement piers, mini-golf courses, surf shop (w/lessons and camp), gift shops, souvenirs, clothing stores, jewelry and much more.
