Come relax in paradise at "A TOUCH OF PARADISE''! This comfortable single story home is nestled close to shopping, restaurants, the beautiful Gulf waters and the miles of sandy beaches on Manasota Key. This light and airy home offers two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and the master bath has a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen. The additional guest bedroom has twin beds and the guest bath has a walk-in shower. The newly updated kitchen is fully equipped and has an eat-in nook area. There are additional leaves and seating for the table for occasional guests or entertaining. The bright living room space boasts a loveseat, two recliners, a large 65" flat screen TV and a warm and inviting feel. This home offers an abundance of natural light with many windows, lots of closet space, and a full size washer & dryer. For your outside enjoyment, this home has a grill and two separate sitting areas, an enclosed lanai and a screened patio. There is not a garage, parking is outside.
