About this property

Located a little over a mile from downtown Del Mar and its beautiful beaches and restaurants, this townhome has something for everyone!

It is part of a well-maintained community with a large pool, jacuzzi, barbecue, small children's playground, and tennis/pickleball courts--all of which are accessible to guests. It also has a small shopping mall and a larger park within one block and is centrally located with great access to freeways.

The townhome has three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The downstairs level includes a living room, guest bathroom and a kitchen/dining area that opens onto the back patio for a real sense of indoor/outdoor living. The second level is comprised of a primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom and two additional bedrooms---one with a connected full bathroom and the other with enough space to work as an office. There is also a two-car garage with washer/dryer.

The overall feeling of the home is light and breezy with lots of natural elements.
