Casa Del Rey is newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with a private pool with waterfall. Full amenities in a pristine gated subdivision with 24 hour security, a huge dual resort style pool, tennis court and only 300 meters to the Blue Flag Playa Bejuco. Air conditioned, cable/wifi, beautiful private pool and a garage, this home has everything you need for a family vacation, quiet getaway to enjoy the adventures of Costa Rica's Central Pacific.
ELECTRICITY CHARGES- there will be no extra charge if your usage is under 40 kWh per day. This is very easy to maintain by ensuring the air conditioners are turned off when you are not using the rooms or out of the house. We will take a meter reading at check in and another at check out. Any usage over 40 KWh per day will be charged at $0.20 per kWh. This amount will be requested through AIRBNB under the Security Deposit claim procedure.

It was ok

House is ok sinks on the rooms don’t work almost don’t get any water at all bad odor in bathrooms have to pay for electric,swimming pool can only used 2 hours a day .

One month in Casa Del Sol

The house had undergone major renovations since we booked in 2021. The main living area was spacious and inviting. The highlight was the pool in the back yard. We used it multiple times a day. The owners and the property manager were easy to communicate with and any minor issues were dealt with quickly. We would highly recommend this property.
