This comfortable studio sleeps up to 4 with a King bed and a brand-new Queen pull-out sofa featuring a super-thick mattress—perfect for couples, small families, or weekend getaways.



Unwind on your private patio with a front-row seat to breathtaking sunsets over Lake Bellaire—a perfect way to end every adventure-filled day.

Great stay! Place was clean and comfy after a long day on the slopes! Everything we needed-coffee, comfy beds and tv for the teenager! Very welcoming and cozy.

Sue’s property was great! It was in an amazing area where it was secluded yet close enough to restaurants and the resort itself. The condo itself was the perfect size for my boyfriend and I. It was very clean, had a comfortable bed, and had spectacular views. Sue was very helpful with any questions that we had. Overall we had a great trip and loved the area!

Overall a great place

The cleanliness and amount of items that were provided was great. The view is amazing even though it is facing the street and another building. There are plenty other views when walking around the property. Food and night life is walking distance as well. Neighbors upstairs were a little noisy but to be expected when vacationing in a condo. The trip was fun and I plan on doing it again.

Condo Studio

We arrived at 6 pm. We had the code and were able to get in. The smell of wood or paint hit us. The A/C wasn’t on and the day was hot. We found stains in the carpet plus a urine smell by the sofa. We looked on the bedding and found dead fleas. We didn’t even get under the covers our 3 day stay. We visited Torch Lake the 2nd day and came back to shower. We found it not working it was broken by the handle and outside of the wall the shower itself. I was only told it worked the prior day. So no shower just a sink wash. The noise from upstairs was loud. A motorcycle at midnight woke us up on our first night. Ugh then it sounded like a couple was fighting outside of our patio. So it seemed concerning.

We deep clean after every renter and wash all bedding including the comfortors. We typically turn off the AC unit when no one is renting to save electricity and the planet. Sorry you had noise, but this condo is up at Shanty Creek village where there is alot of condos and it is listed as a lower level. If you want to have complete privacy i would book something more secluded. Our shower is older, but the water pressure is amazing and it works just fine. We will be updating the flooring this winter by getting rid of the carpet. This unit has been completly remodeled.

We arrived, took one look around, and immediately spent the next hour trying to find somewhere else to stay. Unfortunately, everything was booked, so we were stuck.Highlights? No closet, the dresser was full of the owner’s supplies, filthy couch, questionable bedding, dirty rugs, no bathroom storage, and a bathroom fan attached to the light that sounds like an old 747 preparing for takeoff. The air conditioner cycles just long enough for you to fall asleep before waking you up again, and the paper-thin walls ensure you’ll never miss a single step or conversation from upstairs.If you’re looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay…keep looking.
