Enjoy classic city-vibes upstate in this recently renovated loft style apartment! Thoughtfully designed, gorgeous natural light pours in from the large windows overlooking the city. The outdoor space offers a quiet, private spot to enjoy little fresh air. The Loft-rental is centrally located (within walking distance) to some of the best restaurants and shopping the area has to offer! As a bonus, this spacious apartment is located above a prestigious art gallery.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment, with the exception of several locked storage areas. Please under no circumstances, use the large door to exit the property.

City meets country in this vibey, loft-style apartment. Perfect for couples, or a family of four, the loft affords you modern city-living in Upstate New York.

This light-filled apartment is a standout with its expansive space and pool table. Gather around the kitchen island to enjoy a meal prepared in the chef's kitchen with double ovens. Don't feel like cooking? This rental is centrally located to restaurants, nightlife, and shopping.

The open floor plan allows you to be in the kitchen or in the living room and not miss out on a moment of fun.

The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed with large walk in closet. The secondary bedroom has a comfortable full-size bed with ample room for spreading out and making yourself at home.

The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a built in bench for relaxing. For your convenience we have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available for your use.

There are also tables and chairs outside if you want to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or meal al fresco!

We have two parking spots available for you during your stay. They are in front of the building. Please make sure you are not blocking the drive in front or behind you.
The Loft is in walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.

No pets, or parties please. Please be respectful of our home, especially to the pool table. Any damage to the pool table will result in an automatic negative review.

Absolutely fabulous place. The minute you walk in you are taken with direct sunlight from every direction. The artwork stimulates your creativity while you take in the subtle gestures. A must stay for a tranquil low key vacation.

Great all around!

We were visiting Kingston for the first time. Perfect location and fun art loft as we called it. Floors are a little squeaky but vintage so understandable. Thanks for a great first visit!

Steep stairs rewarded by magnificent loft. Very clean, pool table, TV complete with YouTube, Netflix, Prime and a bunch more I am did not useModern appliances, bathroom & shower were exceptional.Lots of little touches done right.I am very sensitive to noise at night, forgot my earplugs and had no problem sleeping. There was the occasional train which in the MBR was not a problem. For sensitive sleepers, might be a problem in the other bedroom.We did not eat there (no good opportunity),but there is a hole in the wall Jamaican restaurant one block away that rated 4.8. My stepson who likes good food and restaurants spoke highly of it.I was a bit torn on the neighborhood rating. The area is gentrifying and while some of houses in the area were in need of repair and there is the occasional graffiti, there are 3 artists' studios on the block. My stepson drives 20 minutes to some of the restaurants in the area.Normally I when in the area, I stay with my stepson and his family, but they had a big event (14 kids in the basement) so we needed a place to stay, If the need arose, I would happily go back here again - and I am picky.

Great place!

Overall was perfect. Property was well equipped with everything you need from cooking to laundry. Very well designed and had a wonderful New York City loft vibe. It even had all original wood floors which brings me to my only problem. There are multiple areas where the floor nails are raised and could potentially be a pain in your foot. I snagged my sock on one in one of the bedrooms which caught my attention. This is the only thing I found wrong with this place and it would not keep me from staying there again. They are old wood floors that creak when you walk and it’s great! You have to expect this type of thing but I felt it needed to be mentioned if small kids are around. The owners were very communicative and again this place had it all. Look forward to renting this again in the future.

Beautiful and exactly as described! Our family loved the space, playing billiards, and the location! Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all within walking distance. Sightseeing and shopping were only a few minutes drive in either direction. The wooden floors, while stunning, are noisy as others noted, but they didn’t impede on our stay. There was an issue with access when we arrived, but it was resolved in about 30 minutes and it was smooth sailing from there on. All in all, the space is great and has many niceties throughout that other hosts don’t think to include, like tissues and water bottles. We would recommend it!
