A Real Ski-in Ski-Out Unit

Ultimate Ski in/ski out Slopeside Mountain View

You are welcome to share our convenient, family-owned condo at the base of the mountain just seconds from the Zephyr Chair Lift. It’s only moments from picking up your skis in the locker room, walking out the back door past the hot tubs, locking on your skis and a three second ski down the access slope to the chair lift. None of the hassle of tromping on and off buses with your skis, poles and boots, your significant other’s skis, boots and poles, kids’ skis boots and poles, slogging and slipping through parking lots, wondering when or if you’re ever going to get to the lift. It is truly “the way you dreamed it would be someday”. It is ski luxury!! Exactly what is needed for a ski vacation.

If you want to avoid the fast food menus at the crowded ski lodges, just ski down the slopes and ease into your condo. Enjoy lunch on your fourth floor balcony with live entertainment as you watch the skiers come down Hughes. It’s convenient, private and features all the amenities of home. The kitchen is stocked with basic food prep items, the beds are upgraded with luxury linens and the towels in the bath are super plush.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Return the keys
Here are the check out instructions: 1) Dump the trash in the dumpster 2) Load the dishwasher and start it. Cleaning tabs are under the sink
3) Throw all dirty towels in a pile on the bathroom floor 4) Please place the room keys on the counter, as I only have a limited number.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Sorry no late check out. All guests must depart property by 11:00 a.m. on check out date.

We had such a wonderful stay! It was a perfect location for skiing and anything you need. The host was extremely help full and made the check in and out process easy. The only thing that caught us of guard was a 30 a day parking fee. I am sure we just missed it, but I feel like that is a lot to pay for parking at a place you already paid to stay in.

We loved our stay at this cozy condo. The location was not only fantastic for getting to the gondola in the morning, but the ski lockers and hot tubs were conveniently located as well. We’d stay here again!

Great Ski Condo

I booked this property for a ski weekend with my daughter. The location is ideal and truly ski in ski out right on the catwalk above the gondola. The owner gave great instructions and quickly responded to questions.

We had an amazing time at the condo. It was very close to the slopes. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was great to cook in. It very much met our needs.

Perfect for families with two young kids

The ski in, ski out really helps keep the mornings relaxed. You don’t have to rush everyone to get on the mountain in tome for ski lessons, then at the end of the day, restaurants and activities are steps away.

Wonderful location and great host

This property is one of the best locations in Winter Park Village. It is ski in ski out and you can see the Gondola and Corridor run from the window. It has everything you need. Matt, the host, is wonderful and even accommodated an extra night for us for a very reasonable price when we were stuck due to an avalanche closing the pass. Highly recommend!
