This is an ideal choice for baseball tournament families seeking a large home with spacious rooms along with ample outside areas for dining and relaxing. The covered front porch is ideal for breathing in the fresh air in any kind of weather. Sliding glass doors lead to an open deck directly from the dining room.

Wood floors throughout, 10 foot ceilings, original woodwork and moldings have been retained throughout. There is a queen bedroom on the first floor with a half bath en suite. There are 4 bedrooms on the second floor. This home has 3 baths (with showers); there is 1 on the first floor and 2 on the second floor.

The kitchen has a pass-through to the dining room with counter seating as well as a bistro table within the kitchen. There is plenty of room for families to cook up their favorite meal and enjoy camaraderie.

Charming and Close to CDP

This house was very convenient to the ballpark! Had ample space for seven of us to stay and also held nine of us for one night. Floorboards are a little creaky so if you have a light sleeper, bring a sound machine. Owner was very responsive if anything was needed. Very pleased and it was nice to stay in this charming old house!
