Fantastic home. Eric and Jordan did a great job renovating. We had a fabulous time. Downtown was walkable to shops and restaurants. The town of Saugerties is very nice.

Jewel in the Hudson Valley

Excellent Weekend Getaway

This home was the perfect choice for our extended weekend spent in Saugerties to attend a family wedding. The home is beautifully renovated and very comfortable, with everything needed. The location is great, being within easy walking distance to the center of town with many restaurants and shops.Eric is an excellent host who was very responsive, ensuring our stay was perfect.

Overall, we were extremely impressed with our stay. The home was just as beautiful as it looks in pictures, with extremely attentive hosts. The little things, like a thoughtful card, wine, quality linens, decor, and bathroom toiletries, did not go unnoticed. The front deck and firepit were a bonus! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in town or visiting the Catskills!

Quick ski getaway!

We stayed here for two nights while we spent the day at Hunter. It’s certainly not super close to the mountain but knowing we were coming back to a clean (SUPER CLEAN), quaint , spacious home that had all the amenities we needed, was worth it! Would definitely recommend it to anyone!

We enjoyed the home very much - a convenient location - very close to all the local restaurants and shops. Very clean and appreciated all the amenities! The only reason we couldn't give a full 5/5 stars was because a few of the heating units were not working so the common areas were chilly - but the host did give us a heads up right before check in and said the parts were on order - just unfortunate they didn't arrive during our stay! The host was super communicative and overall a pleasant trip :)

We stayed for 2 nights in this beautiful home on our way over from the UK via Boston to our son‘s wedding in New Jersey. The house was immaculate, spotlessly clean with a coffee machine, modern appliances, top quality toiletries and everything we needed for our stay. Communication with Eric was very easy, he always responded promptly and checked that everything was going well after we had arrived. We visited the town of Saugerties, the Lighthouse and Woodstock. The house is in a lovely, quiet area of Saugerties, it was just what we needed! Thanks Eric and Jordan for letting us stay in your lovely property.

Exemplary stay! Five stars! Bravo!

Eric and Jordan's home offered us an amazing few days in the Catskill Region. The home was beautiful and we spent each day hiking and exploring the surrounding mountains and cultural sites with friends from Denmark. I recommend this property highly. My wife, daughter, and I plan to return in the coming months. You won't be disappointed by this gem. We just returned home and feel so happy.

First -Time VRBO Experience

Our family roots are in Saugerties, and there are a lot of us, so there was no way we’d all fit at the family home for our family reunion. We decided to try VRBO. Once I saw the Sasso’s listing I knew we’d found our spot. The beautifully renovated historic home was perfect, and Eric and Jordan thought of everything we could possibly need. Eric responded to our texts quickly and thoroughly, making our first VRBO experience amazing. We hope to stay here again next year. Highly recommend this gem on Market St.

Wonderful stay in Saugerties this past weekend. Eric & Jordan have a beautiful home, super clean with excellent mattresses, pillows, bed linens, furniture and all the kitchen amenities needed. It's an easy 1/2 mi walk into the village where you can find a number of coffee shops, restaurants, ice cream and breweries. As a bonus was able to watch some t-ball games at the park across the street on a beautiful summer night. Easy check in/out, Eric responded quickly to text message while there. Will definitely tag this rental for future trips to the Catskills, great price for lovely accommodation!
