First time to visiting the Bend/Redmond area we had a wonderful time. This is beautiful Cabin and the grounds around the area are also beautiful. We went to all three Rec. Centers, Putt-Putt Golfed and enjoyed the space immensely. Will definitely be back and hopefully can stay in the same Cabin.
We traveled from Seattle for a family reunion , this place was fantastic, very clean, kitchen well stocked with dishes, cookware, all the things we needed. Fresh clean bedding and towels, very homey cozy cabin feel. Beds were comfortable. My teen daughter enjoyed having the loft to herself.View of the pond out back was nice as well.Id recommend to anyone. Great place!
Absolutely beautiful! Would rent this property again in a heartbeat! Everything was neat and clean. The house was cozy and beautifully decorated. We all felt right at home.
Home was fine. Couldn’t find tv remote until the second day buried in the couch cushions. We were there four nights and we never were able to get the regular TV working. Contacted host but they were not able to come out when we were at the home to show us.

My boyfriend and I came up to bend for a ski trip with some friends to celebrate his birthday and this cabin was perfect! Great location to be able to go to Bachelor or Hoodoo as well as pop into Bend or Redmond. House was clean and had plenty of amenities, games, and utensils. Beds were comfy and bathrooms well stocked. Thanks for making it such a great trip!

We appreciate your feedback and look forward to hearing from you in the future.
We stayed over a week and used this stay as a base of operations to explore Smith Rock, South Sister Peak, Newberry Calderra, and the John Day Painted HIlls. Amenities were great - swimming, putting course and walking paths were perfect. Cabin kitchen was well stocked, great kitchen for stay in cooking, and the 3 bed rooms to help spread the family out a bit was a plus. We would defintely like to stay here again. Thanks!

Property had not been cleaned upon our arrival but was able to talk with the property manager and it was cleaned that evening. The property manager did offer to pay for our dinner but never followed through. Overall, the property was as advertised and we would stay again.

Thank you for staying with us and for your feedback, Ralph.
We sincerely apologize that the property had not been cleaned upon your arrival. That is completely unacceptable, and we are sorry for the frustrating start to your stay. We are glad that our property manager was able to quickly arrange for the cleaning to be completed that same evening.
We also apologize that the offer to pay for your dinner was not followed through on. We have noted this oversight and will use it to improve the communication and follow-up process within our management team.
Despite these issues, we are happy to hear the property was as advertised and that you would stay again. We appreciate your patience and look forward to the opportunity to provide you with a seamless and fully cleaned experience next time. -Greg, Arrived
Property was clean and well-maintained. Had all the amenities that we needed, very comfortable and the downstairs was very cool. My husband and I slept in the upstairs where it got quite a bit warmer, but we supplemented with two fans to push the air up the stairs. Upon arrival, somebody had turned the heat on and up to 78 so it took a while to get it back to temperature. Other than that no complaints.

Everything was great! Very clean! A bundle of fire wood would have been nice & we tried using the coffee pod but we were thinking there might be a top piece missing because grounds got all over & in the coffee. Other than that great place! We would definitely come back. Thank you

Temp control was locked and the house was too hot for the weather, which made sleeping difficult. House was not as clean as expected when compared to other rentals. Layout of house and furnishings were nice.
