The space
3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms apartment. Master bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress, a queen size sleeper sofa, and en suite bathroom with washer/dryer.
Bedroom 2 has a queen memory foam mattress with a dedicated work desk and seating bench.
Bedroom 3 has a queen memory foam mattress with a 55” Smart TV and a seating bench.
Living room has a gray sectional, fireplace entertainment center, and a 65” Smart TV.
Dining area has a 87” table with 6 chairs.

I booked this property through VRBO. Per standard policy, check-in instructions are usually sent 48 hours in advance. While I received the automated email, the host omitted the actual check-in details. With only 24 hours left before arrival, my messages to the host went completely unanswered, forcing me to involve VRBO customer support to get a response. ​After VRBO intervened, the host finally claimed he would provide the check-in details once the current guests departed at 11:00 AM on my check-in day. At 1:00 PM on the day of my arrival, the host messaged me claiming the previous guests had "destroyed" the property. He promised to place me in a "similar" unit instead. ​Upon arrival, the substituted property was a downgrade. I paid for a 3-bedroom unit with a pool view, but was given a 2-bedroom unit with a view of the parking lot. ​Because I received a significantly lesser property than what I paid for, I had to push the host myself just to secure a partial refund. He did provide partial refund in the end.

Overall we had a nice stay, just bad communication with host. Had to contact the host for my check in information after check in time. Then was placed in the neighboring apartment because the one I booked was damaged by the previous renter, without being informed prior to arrival. Did not receive any checkout instructions. The place was clean, but was missing a few essentials you would expect to have in a VRBO.

Great apartment overall

This was a great apartment overall, spacious, clean and accurately described in the listing for the interior. We especially liked the Roku tv to allow easy viewing of Netflix, Hulu and Disney plus with our own login. Kitchen was well stocked although all plates and bowls were plastic and could have been a bit cleaner. Check in process was simple but we didn’t receive final instructions until early evening, also no check out instructions were provided, we just assumed to do the reverse. Main negative for us was that the pool and spa were locked and unusable for our stay, this was not made clear to us in the listing.
