If you need space for up to 14 guests, you can rent Unit A (8 guests) upper level along with Unit B (6 guests) located on the garden level. Both units share access to a large converted garage recreation room featuring ping pong, foosball, and corn hole. Search for "Fall River Homestead A" to learn more at VRBO.com/3737958
If you only rent Unit B we will not host guests in Unit A during your stay. We prefer to have them rented together when possible to maintain privacy for our guests.


Your Family-Friendly Mountain Escape! This ground-level retreat offers easy accessibility and a quiet, forested setting at the base of Old Man Mountain. Enjoy the peace of nature while being only 0.5 miles from downtown and 3 miles from the National Park entrance.


The Space:
Private entry with patio seating and astounding views.


Cozy Interiors: Relax by the electric fireplace, in the living room or enjoy a family meal at the pedestal dining table. Full service kitchen with gas stove, microwave, full size fridge.


Sleeping Arrangements: A spacious king bedroom and a second bedroom featuring a queen bed with a pull-out trundle. Comfortable queen sofa sleeper in living room.


Single bath with shower and soaps provided. Stackable washer and dryer.


Family Ready: We can provide a high chair, booster seats, stroller, toddler bed and toys so you can pack light!


Direct access to the shared recreation room (Ping Pong, Foosball, and more) in the converted garage when rented alongside Unit A.
