Mountain Memories is the perfect place to start making your own "mountain memories". Built in 2018, this gorgeous and private two bedroom home offers ridge line views and frequent visits by wildlife. Guests will enjoy this home on a spacious lot with expansive deck to take in the views. It is conveniently located to be within walking distance of downtown Estes Park and only 10 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. The inside space boasts a great room that is perfect for large groups complete with vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, cable tv and custom stone gas fireplace. Enjoy an upgraded kitchen with stone counter tops, stainless steel appliances, induction range, custom cabinets and breakfast bar. The kitchen is well stocked with basic cooking ingredients, spices, condiments, paper goods, trash bags and soap. Dine in style around our beautiful, counter height table that seats eight comfortably. Toddler seat provided for your little one. Take in the mountain air on the back deck where you will find a cozy conversation area, gas fire pit and gas BBQ. Our patio table seats eight making it a perfect place for your evening dinner or morning coffee. Retire for the evening in the main level king bedroom suite with private bathroom and steam shower. Also offered on the main level is a queen bedroom with access to full bath. No smoking allowed in home. We do not have cable tv but a smart tv with Amazon Prime and firestick. Garage has been converted to a space for games like ping pong and foosball so no garage parking. Mountain Memories is sure to delight as you make it your home away from home!

Great family vacation spot

This house is great and awesome for families. Great location to town but also the house is wonderful and the kids like to do nature walks around the property. We’ve stayed multiple times for an escape to the mountains. The owners are a joy to work with.

This home was just as advertised! Perfect for our trip to Estes Park and the Rocky Mtn. National Park. The property manager, Leah, was wonderful- great communication! We loved everything about this place and would definitely stay here again!

Very Clean and had a fresh clean smell when entering the home. This has been the best stay for us, comfortable, the scenery and wildlife in the area was amazing. Very easy communication with the host! This will be our go to when in Estes Park.

Fantastic Stay

We had such an amazing time. The house had everything we needed for our stay. We even got to see Elks and Deers in the back yard. Leah answered our questions within minutes. Mike and Cindy were great host. Thank you for sharing your house. Have stayed in several different houses in Estes and this one will be on our list for future stay :)

Perfect Mountain Cabin!

Loved everything about this wonderful home!!! Very neat, clean, and fully stocked. The furnishings and appliances are beautiful and top-notch, and the beds are extremely comfortable. Enjoyed the steam shower and eating out on the beautiful deck. The home is minutes from downtown and Rocky Mountain National Park yet you still feel secluded in the mountains with deer, bunnies, and chipmunks passing through the property. Liz and the property owners thought of everything and are very kind people and quick to respond. Would highly recommend this property!!!

This home is a must stay!!!! Most beautiful home I have ever stayed at. The owners of the property didn't spare a thing. So much attention to detail. Everything you need! Bed's were super comfortable, wildlife every morning, close to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Best vacation I have ever had! If I were to build a house this would be it! Although in a neighborhood very private! Thank you so much for everything!!! Left us snacks and coffee!!!

Highly recommend this property

With Covid being an issue during our stay I communicated with the property manager regarding a couple of issues. She was a pleasure to communicate with. Always responsive and pleasant and helpful. We loved the property. Everything was clean and wonderful and the kitchen was very nicely stocked. The pictures of the property are accurate. It was located very near downtown Estes Park and also near the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Very convenient. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and we saw Mule Deer around the house. It was pleasant sitting outside on the deck having dinner. We would very highly recommend this property. It is one of the best VRBO properties we have stayed in.

Best house!

This home was outstanding! It was very well stocked with everything like you would have at home. The furnishings great and the appliances worked great. The stream shower was wonderful. Leah was a superb host and was very responsive. Would love to come back and stay longer. We give high marks to this property.

Amazing....as always!

There is nothing negative to say about this home. It is beautiful, comfortable, and private. The owners have provided everything you need to make your stay stress free. Their host, Leah, is the best host we have ever worked with. It makes us cringe to write a positive review because we run the risk of it not being available the next time we want to rent it!! However, it is a gem. The owners deserve for it to be rented, and others deserve the experience of staying in this amazing and tranquil home.

Hidden Gem Close to Everything in Estes Park

We recently stayed at the “Mountain Memories” house for a several-day getaway to enjoy the winter activities in Rocky Mountain National Park. Hands-down, this was the best VRBO experience we’ve had to date. The house and amenities were just as described, and Leah, the property host, was exemplary with her communications and helpfulness—all to ensure our stay was an exceptional experience. The house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood that backs up to a private wooded area, close to everything in Estes Park (but out of the tourist fray). The furnishings are so welcoming and comfortable. The private deck off the back with the firepit is a perfect place to unwind with a cocktail after a day filled with backcountry adventures.

Great getaway

It was my boyfriend’s birthday and we both work a lot so all we had was a few days to get away. This property was beautiful and the view from the back was timeless. I loved the functional design of each space and the quiet privacy is exactly what we wanted.

My wife and I both feel very blessed to live here! We enjoy hiking and spending time outdoors especially in the summer. Also blessed to have raised our 4 kids (2 boys and 2 girls) in Estes Park! Though not over yet , we have both spent our entire careers here in Estes Park. We like to travel and just getting away to see something new. I also like meeting and getting to know new people from all over, seeing friends at a local happy hour, hiking and fly fishing. Enjoying our grandson and granddaughter makes the cut too! ....actually they probably top the list especially for Cindy!

Mountain Memories has the unique advantage that the owner is the builder! This means that it was built with love, care and attention to detail. Wildlife like elk, deer and coyotes frequent the yard yet guests appreciate Mountain Memory's close proximity to downtown as well as other amenities in Estes Park. In addition, the owners live nearby and can assist quickly if any need arises.
