This cozy waterfront cottage is situated in a serene neighborhood on Papoose Island, with stunning views of Sebago Lake and excellent swimming opportunities. The property comes equipped with a swim float, pedal boat, and 12' rowboat for your use. The dock is capable of holding a boat up to 24' long so you can explore the 40+ miles of boatable waterway on vast Sebago Lake along with Brandy Pond and Long Lake via the Songo River. The cottage is surrounded by natural landscaping and wooded areas, with a cement landing complete with a picnic table so you can dine with a view! The waterfront is accessible via a few stairs from the house, and the property has a slightly sloping yard. When water levels are normal to low, the sandy, gravely beach creates an ideal spot for swimming, with a rock jetty offering protection for the swimming area.
