Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect—within walking distance of all the shops and the main strip in Gatlinburg. The place was very spacious, and having the creek right outside the back door was such a bonus! We especially loved the comfortable bed, bathroom, and shower. And the bears!! 🐻 We had so much fun watching them from the deck. Such a neat experience! The only improvement I would suggest is adding window coverings to the front and back doors for a little more privacy.Overall, a wonderful place to stay! We thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely stay again!

Great Gatlinburg Vacation Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property has all the positives! The house was very clean and everything needed is provided! The location was amazing. Close enough to walk to everything in Gatlinburg but far enough from the main strip to feel secluded, wven with neighbors.. We had bears in the yard or at the water below the deck everyday, which we all loved. The outdoor space on the deck and fire pit were great amenities too!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Conveniently located in town toward the end of the main strip in Gatlinburg. We love that it’s at the end toward the park, so there isn’t any traffic to get to and from the park. Great fishing right behind the house, and it's easy to walk anywhere in town. The king beds and the open floor plan were great for my family and both sets of grandparents.

Great views in large house Jack & Jill bathroom

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the views off of the deck and in the large house windows. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms is not necessary mentioned and very much so need be listed in the details. Especially when three paired adults whom dont want to share a JACK & JILL BATHROOM. The third had to use the bathroom near front door guest bathroom. Awkward

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear you enjoyed the beautiful views from the deck and the large windows—those are definitely some of the highlights of the home. We do appreciate you pointing out the concerns regarding the bathroom layout. We understand how a Jack and Jill bathroom setup may not be ideal for all groups, especially when traveling with multiple adult couples. Your suggestion about making this detail more clear in the listing is very helpful, and we will review the property description to ensure the layout is communicated more accurately for future guests. Thank you again for sharing your experience. Your feedback helps us improve, and we truly hope to have the opportunity to host you again with a property that better fits your needs. We encourage guests to book direct and save up to 15% on your booking, sure hope to see you soon!
