•No animals and No smoking allowed inside our property. No exceptions. Due to severe asthma and severe allergy of the owner who supervises and stays in the house between reservations, no pets, animals, ESA, or SA's of any kind are allowed.
•Maximum Occupancy = 6 persons (including all adults and children)
•Minimum age to rent: 25 years old

LOCATION LOCATION!! Half a mile to downtown Gatlinburg. 3-tier decks overlook the city and the mountains! Sit on the decks and enjoy the music playing from a distance.

Always A View has a spectacular view of Mt. LeConte and the downtown Gatlinburg strip. Our cabin is furnished with Three King Master Suites, tiled showers, theater room, game room equipped with free-play arcade games, and comfortably sleeps six. This cabin is close to everything Gatlinburg has to offer because it is located directly up on the mountain about a half mile behind Ripley's Aquarium.

You will enter a private driveway to a large flat concrete parking area with just five steps to enter the cabin. The main level offers a beautiful rock fireplace accented with a log mantel, electric fireplace, leather sofa and two leather chairs. The living area features a 40" LED TV with ROKU and Spectrum Cable and as well as high speed internet throughout the cabin. All three master suites are on their own floor, so you have complete privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped, has large beautiful windows and doors that lead out to one of the three decks to enjoy the mountain air, inspiring views of the Smoky Mountains and Gatlinburg below. The deck is equipped with rocking chairs and a 6-person hot tub to enjoy the outdoors. Night time is another treat when the view turns to the glow of the city lights below.

The lower level leads to the game area complete with free-play arcades; board games, cards, poker chips, theater room, and many movies have been provided to entertain all ages on a 82-inch TV. There is also a master suite bedroom and full bathroom on this lower level.The bedroom is equipped with an LED TV and DVD Player.

The upper level leads to another master suite, king size log bed, and beautiful tiled shower. Beyond the master suite is a relaxing sitting area to curl up with your favorite book, next to the large windows and doors that leads out to the upper level deck, complete with seating for a high rise view!

The main level features the beautiful vaulted ceilings, paddle fan, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter-tops, farmhouse sink, stainless appliances, oversize dining table, laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, and the third master suite with king size log bed, and an adjoining full bathroom with a beautifully tiled shower. This bedroom is equipped with a 32" LED TV and DVD Player. The full bath on this level offers a beautifully tiled tub/shower combo, granite counter-top, large vanity, and vessel sink.

Always a View combines a fantastic view, close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge attractions, with multiple amenities, a cabin to enjoy year-round!

Guests are provided a starter pack of paper towels, toilet tissue, hand soap, dishwasher and dish washing detergent for your immediate use.

*Sadly we lost our beautiful cabin to the wildfires in 2016. It was a long wait to rebuild, but we think you will see why it is worth the wait! We have spent extra time and effort to make this cabin the perfect fit for your family's mountain getaway home! Three luxury master suites, king beds, tiled showers, huge game room with free-play arcades, theater room, 6-person hot tub, and beautiful mountain and city strip views! You can't beat it!

* Are linens included? Yes, we provide linens for beds, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths.
* What household supplies are provided? We provide our guest a starter kit, which includes 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish detergent, hand soap, laundry pods, and kitchen and bathroom trash bags.
* Do you provide any baby items? Yes, we provide a high chair and baby gates.
* Do you allow pets/animals? No, we do not allow any animals in our cabin. No exception.
* Is the price negotiable? No, We do not offer discounts or eliminate any of the fees.
* When will I receive cabin access info? Your "Welcome Letter" will be emailed to you 14 days prior to your arrival date.
* Will I hear construction noise? It is possible you may hear construction noise as people continue to rebuild after the wildfire.
* How is the drive to the cabin? Always A View is less than 1 mile from the main parkway in Gatlinburg, and it takes about 5 minutes. The roads are all well-maintained and paved. Keep in mind, these are mountain roads, so expect some steeper parts.
* Do I need 4-wheel drive? During the winter months, if snow or ice conditions are present, we recommend 4-wheel drive or snow chains.
* Is there pool access? No.
* Do you have a grill? Yes, we provide a charcoal park-style grill with lid and condiments table. We do not provide charcoal, lighter/lighter fluid.
* Is this cabin secluded? No, Always A View has surrounding neighbors.
