Your kids are going to go bonkers over this kids playhouse. A 2 story playhouse with stairway, two small gathering rooms, a balcony and a slide. Not suitable for adults, although you will be tempted to go check it out!

Welcome to Heber's Huckleberry Lane. Bring your friends, family, teams any anyone else you like to vacation with! This large luxury home in the heart of Heber's highly desired Wheeler Park neighborhood boasts 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 13 beds. The backyard is gorgeous with a huge Arctic Spa Hot tub, a massive lush lawn, BBQ, Pergola, Fire Pit, RV Parking, and it's Pet Friendly. Inside the home, you'll find two beautiful family rooms, a huge media room, game room with Ping Pong and Pop-a-Shot and an amazing built in kids play house and so much more. Close to Soldier Hollow and Deer valley, and the Heber Airport, you smack in the middle of Heber's Adventure Central. Within minutes there is blue ribbon fly fishing in the middle Provo river, access to the Historic Heber Valley Railroad, ATV and Snowmobile trails, mountain biking, amazing golf courses, three amazing lakes, and, of course, the world class skiing the Wasatch range is famous for.

A digital home guide and house manual will be emailed and texted to you a few days prior to your arrival.

We live very close by and will be your silent hosts. Please do not hesitate to reach out and let us know if you need anything at all.

The home is located just a few blocks from Heber's historic downtown main street. Restaurants and shopping abound and if you are willing to drive a few minutes, you will shortly be in lovely Midway just 5 minutes away. Park City is only another 20 minutes and Salt Lake City only 40 minutes.

Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am, please respect our neighbors! A maximum of 4 cars are allowed per reservation and all cars must remain on the driveway or in the garages, no street parking is allowed for guests, even those temporarily visiting the home. This is a city requirement.

This home is pet friendly and we will happily accommodate your furry friends. Here are the rules. Please indicate when booking that you are bringing pets and how many. We charge a $25 per pet, per night fee for pets. All pets must be kenneled if you plan to leave them at the home without supervision. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. You are responsible for picking up after your pet. If our cleaning crew has to pick up messes in the home or outside the home on the property, you will be charged a minimum $200 additional cleaning fee. All animals must be disclosed prior to your stay. Service animals are welcome but they must be disclosed ahead of time and documentation provided if required. If it is found that you bring a pet without notifying us (even service animals) you will be charged $50 per night per furry family member. Please report any damage a pet is responsible for immediately so we can resolve it immediately.

Comfortable and Clean Home for a Little Wasatch Back Family Getaway

The home on Huckleberry Lane was cozy. It had a wonderful backyard, a super open gathering area upstairs with all you need in the kitchen with the exception of a cooling rack for the cookies we made. The master suite is super comfy. The downstairs playhouse is super neat. We really enjoyed our time making and eating meals, playing pop-a-shot, watching movies and the Olympics and being in the center of a bunch of great dining and recreation options.

Great Hiking Vacation Spot!

My husband and I bought our 4 adult children and dogs to Utah to have a hiking vacation! This was the perfect place to have as home base: there were plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for all of us, the hikes are all within about an hour, grocery store was close, we cooked several meals and the kitchen had everything we needed, and the hotub & fire pit was great for after long hikes! The back yard was beautiful and made taking the dogs on vacation easy! The house contained everything we needed from towels to blankets! The hosts were so responsive and accommodating! This was one of the the best houses we have rented!

Best house we've ever rented!

No complaints at all. Starting with communication, every bit of correspondence was answered very quickly. Jeff and Marcie were wonderful to work with and the communication couldn't have ben better. The house was easy to find, the neighborhood was very nice. The house itself was just beautiful. It was perfectly stocked, and plenty big enough for a LOT of people. It was so nice to be able to bring our dog. The fenced in backyard was such a bonus for us. The hot tub was wonderful, the beds were very comfortable, we were a short drive from Walmart and other grocery stores. The neighborhood was quiet, and the views were so nice. I don't have a single negative thing to say about the house or Jeff and Marcie. I would encourage anyone looking for a great house with lots of room to 100% rent this home, you won't be sorry.
