- [ ] No fires the morning of checkout
- [ ] Make sure no dirty dishes are left behind
- [ ] Clean up any dog poop
- [ ] Remove all trash from inside/outside the property (don’t forget left over food in the fridge) condiments or unopened items can stay in the fridge door as long as they aren’t expired or bad.
[ ] Put dirty towels on the floor in the laundry room
[ ] Clean up toys or games
[ ] Close damper on the fireplace (all the way to the left)
[ ] Check for personal belongings
[ ] Lock doors/windows
