Rockport's BEST location and BEST view (ALL of the pictures you see were taken from this property!). This property is the absolute BEST spot to view the fireworks, boat parades, coastal birds and all the things Rockport is famous for. Enjoy afternoon shade, gentle sea breezes and the world's BEST margarita (-the Yarbarita!), delivered right to your front porch chair. From here you can WALK to the beach, liquor store, grocery store and several restaurants, including Yarbarita's Sip and Swing..

EXTREMELY colorful and enjoyable 2400sf unit with all the bells and whistles. Two identical 1200sf units connected by a private entryway, sharing the entire first floor, porch and deck of the Pigeon House. Very fast internet, sleeps a total of 12 comfortably. 4 bedrooms each with King Beds, 4 Bathrooms (2 showers and 2 clawfoot tubs). Comfortable sleeper sofas for 4, 2 kitchens, 6 TV's, TONS of fun!

We are in beautiful Rockport, Texas and you will be waterfront on Little Bay, overlooking the Beach, the ski basin, the festival grounds, Blue Herons and Porpoises!

Plenty of parking available. Also, you can rent and drive golf carts with a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance AND you will get a 25% discount on golf cart rentals if you stay with us. Your family and friends will LOVE this place!

Rockport is a laid-back Texas coastal town with the only "Blue Wave" certified beach in the area (certified for cleanliness, safety, and a family-friendly environment). The gentle breezes, the birds and the sea air are always a gentle kiss upon us all.

What makes this property unique

This unit takes up the entire lower floor of The Pigeon House. It is made up of TWO individual "Guest Favorite" condo units, sharing one private entrance foyer. It has a total of 4 bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed, as well as 4 individual single-sized sleeper sofas, 2 in each of the individual units. It has a total of 2400sf, with 2 full kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 dining areas, 2 private balconies, 4 restrooms with a total of 2 bathtubs and 2 showers. It can comfortably sleep up to 12 people. It is in absolutely the BEST location in Rockport, and it sits right on the water, overlooking Rockport Beach and Rockport's famed "ski basin". -----There are ALWAYS lots of interesting things to see from your private, shaded comfortable balcony....
