This wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage has been fully renovated. With stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean from the living room, dining room, kitchen and balcony, this place is sure to please. Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and has everything you need to prepare meals at home. With wood flooring throughout and upgrades galore, this unit is the perfect getaway. Master bedroom has a King size bed with its own in suite bath with a walk-in shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed with a bathroom just outside the door.

Get ready for a very cozy vacation and be sure to bring a good book as you can read by the fireplace and glance up to see the ocean from time to time.

This unit is about a 5 - 10 minute drive to the charming streets of downtown Amelia Island. Downtown, you can experience shopping, carriage rides and many dining options.

You will have a shared pool with the main house and a private walkway to the beach.

Great experience

Beautiful prooerty, oceanfront. Owners were very gracious. Property manager was quute responsive to our few requests (additional kitchen items, and a new grill!). Would definitely recommend.

Sweet cottage on the Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Lovely place, tacky surrounds

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is fairly new with nice appliances and furnishing in a great location for the beach and historic areas. It was comfortable and roomy. However, it has bare minimum dining and kitchen ware. The smoke alarms were disconnected, no first aid kit and no flashlight. We were told the fireplace didn't work but several companies were looking for a part and should be fix soon. We went a full (cold) month with no fireplace and no update as to when it would be fixed. The entry way to the unit and pool area are in terrible condition. The privacy fence and board walk to the beach are also in terrible condition. The boardwalk to the beach has exposed nails and rotting boards. On the weekends the local bar has a disturbing bass sound lasting at least to midnight. With some care and improvements this property could be a winner.
