This lakefront lot used to have a small cottage and detached garage. The cottage was removed and the garage converted into a quaint studio apartment. This conversion has resulted in the perfect little studio that is modern and comfortable. Combine this unique cozy space with the grassy lot and a pebble beach at the lake's edge - and you have a serene retreat. EV charger is next to the driveway.

The studio was perfect of our needs and worked well as a basecamp for our CHQ visit. The location on Chautauqua Lake is convenient to both Jamestown and Chautauqua Institution and having the fire pit on the lake was a nice touch. The value can't be beat if you're travelling solo or a you're a couple, would recommend.

This is a great little cottage just perfect for one or two people to enjoy. The cottage set up is just right - close to everything but lots of privacy. The cottage has everything you need and the owners are ready to help with anything you need. I hope to be back for future visits!

Loved my time at this unit. Very spacious. Really well appointed kitchen. Lovely view. Adam was extremely responsive, checking in to make sure if anything was needed. Thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would book again.

Cozy and charming

The cottage is a great location. It was perfect for our family of four. We appreciated the Adam’s flexibility and responsiveness. We have stayed before and will stay again.

Perfect accommodations!

Sweet little lakeside cottage with wonderful-to-work-with hosts. There are two queen beds (and a twin pull-out in the loveseat). Portable air conditioner for hot, humid days, powerful ceiling fan, coffeemaker, microwave, full-size fridge, dishes, and cleaning supplies. Coffee down by the lake was a beautiful start to our quiet mornings. We downloaded the Merlin app to see which birds were singing in the area. Bonus: ice cream shop right across the street!
