We only allow dogs in the property. There's a pet fee of $79 per pet per night. Planning a stay of 5 days or more? Enjoy a 50% discount on the pet fee. Opting for an extended stay of a month or beyond? Benefit from an impressive 75% discount on the pet fee.

A great central location about 5 minutes NW of the airport, 10 minutes SE of downtown, and 15 minutes to Zilker Park or Formula 1.

We kindly ask all guests to be respectful of one another and observe quiet hours from 7am to 10pm. If you have any concerns or questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we want to ensure you have a pleasant stay.

- We provide basic amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dishwasher detergent, towels, coffee, salt, and pepper. 🧂 THINK OF THESE AS "STARTER KITS" - Highly recommend you bring extra items or personal preferences if you would like.
🛡️ Extended Stay Insurance Policy: A fee of $39 per reservation for 1-29 nights will be applied, covering comprehensive insurance for each booking. For reservations extending 30 nights, a monthly insurance fee of $199 will be applied. This fee covers insurance for the entire duration of the stay. In the event of staying more than 30 nights, a charge of $6.99 per night will be applied, providing continuous coverage. This policy ensures a comprehensive level of protection throughout the extended stay.

🚫 Strict Cancellation Policy:
-Guests can cancel up to 14 days before check-in and receive a 50% refund, minus service fees.
