Welcoming Stay

The stay was amazing there were some flaws such as the fridge tends to not cool down if there is a surplus’s of food but other than that everything was up to my standard and my guests standard. This house is in a quiet neighborhood.

Clean and comfortable

We had a great weekend stay during a soccer tournament for oldest son. Home was clean, comfortable and as described. It was close to everything we needed. The host was quick to respond and very accommodating. Would stay again in the future.

Great Property Manager

The home was very nice and clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. There were a few things that needed attention (repairing) but it didn’t negatively impact our stay. Troy, the manager of the home was fabulous! He was the best we have ever experienced while staying at a VRBO! He promptly took care of all our needs and is very personable.

Perfect Location

This place is perfectly located right by the highway with easy access to anything and everything Phoenix. We came for an annual Spring Training trip and the access to the different ballparks, ASU and Downtown was super easy. The place was spacious for us with plenty of areas to spread out and hang out if you have a group. The only negative was there were several things broken or in need of repair, which was brought up to the property manager, but none of these things really affected our stay. (*We were told it was because there were several large groups prior to us that were rough on the property and they haven't had a chance to really fix the items needed. It looks like the renter prior to us also mentioned needed repairs in their review as well) Speaking of the property manager, he was probably one of the best I've worked with when renting a property (And we rent several times a year for over a decade). So sweet, so attentive and quick to respond. The property owner is very lucky to have him. We enjoyed our stay and despite a few glitches we would stay again due to the amazing property manager and the location and access to all the stadiums.
