The host was very fast in responding to my questions. The self check in was effective and house is spacious.The house is in a good location and is near to the gas station.They do offer free coffee and tea bags which is nice.We had enough towelsand soap for our stay.

The description and pictures were accurate to what the property offered. It was a simplistic and large property, luxury isn’t quite the right word. Bed linens and towels were very clean but there were indications of the cleaning staff not doing a solid job after the last renter. I’m not so sure that booking a last minute weekend getaway could be the reason for the rental not being cleaned and ready for more renters. Overall it was okay.

We were surprised by several of the concerns raised, particularly as no issues regarding cleanliness were reported upon arrival, which would have allowed us the opportunity to address them immediately during your stay. Our cleaning team follows a detailed turnover process between guests, and we are reviewing the photos and feedback provided with them. Regarding the smoke detectors, we appreciate you bringing the garage detector to our attention during your stay. Guest safety is extremely important to us, and we addressed the issue as quickly as possible. The property is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in accordance with local requirements. While we welcome constructive feedback, it is also important to note that our property rules prohibit unregistered pets and unauthorized parties. Following checkout, our team spent significant additional time addressing cleaning and restoration needs beyond our standard turnover process. We appreciate your comments regarding additional amenities and finishing touches and will consider them as we continue enhancing the property.
