Fun Family Beach Trip

Our family really enjoyed this house. Great floor plan. Kitchen was great and had everything we needed and was not cluttered with decor. Decks on this house are wonderful. Really is steps away from the beach. We would rent this house again.

The property has the perfect location and layout. Cute decor, However the air vents could use a good cleaning, the ceiling was dirty in areas around them. Also the property needs to be sprayed for roaches.

Excellent View with comfortable stays

It was really comfortable stays in this property with a great view and easily accessible to the beach. The only concern, we found some small roaches near the kitchen and living area I hope the owner will look into that and be taken care of.

Great family fun

We had a group of 15 and a dog for 4 nights. Plenty of room for everyone. Great location with beach access. Perfect deck over looking the water and great sunrises. Even saw dolphins one morning. Definitely recommend.

Great House

This is a great property for large families or multiple families. It is designed in a manner that allows flexibility and a great deal of privacy with 4 full bathrooms and 5 full bedrooms. We loved it and were very comfortable.

Beautiful Family/Friend Getaway

This place was absolutely perfect! We had 4 families and all our kiddos stay for the weekend and had a wonderful time! Plenty of beds to sleep in and places for kids to hang out upstairs. The porch was awesome with great beachfront view. It was so nice to just walk out to the beach. Very clean and had everything we needed.

Great house and great location

Our family had a great time. The house is well equipped and even with littles the location was fabulous. The beach in this area is not as populated, which is nice. The kitchen is well equipped and bedrooms/bathrooms are nice and comfy, great showers! It fails to mention in the description that the house has a high chair and two pack n plays. That would have been helpful info for packing.

BEAUTIFUL house!

This house was awesome. It was big and spacious and not overcrowded with decor but had everything I needed! Fully equipped kitchen, awesome deck, with a great beach an easy walk away, TVs with good wifi for nighttime wind down, and plenty of bathrooms! The house was also VERY clean and the support staff at Bolivar Vacations were prompt professional and amazing! I will for sure be back!

Beautiful Home

This house was soo nice... Comfy beds and great set up in the kitchen.. The only thing that we noticed that in the master bed room. The mirror in the restroom was just sitting on the counter.

This is the first time staying in this house, I have stayed in other properties with bolivar vacations. Their customer service is always great. As for this property, very nice, well equipped with everything needed for vacation. There is plenty of room for all guest. We loved the big patio/deck and also the two smaller ones off of the bedrooms. Definitely will rent this property again for future vacations.

Lovely brand new beachfront house. Kitchen has everything. Lots of space for everyone But the main thing is the view and the vibe The sound of the rolling surf from the deck The fascinating beach is just a few steps. The place is amazing! The correspondence was excellent! The owner, George, and the maintenance man, Daniel were beyond helpful and very kind, The only problem we had was with the refrigerator. It wasn't making ice, nor dispensing water. The door on the freezer needs a new gasket because the freezer did not stay shut. Daniel brought us ice and water, which was great, and said they ordered new parts for the refrigerator. Our family had a wonderful vacation, and we would definitely book this place again. The beach was empty, quiet and gorgeous!
