Great stay for our family including our beloved dog. Great location to beach, shops and restaurants. Very nice street and quiet neighborhood to relax and spend quality family time. Kids loved the pool!

Great family gathering place!

Beach for the holidays

Wonderful home, well stocked kitchen, pool and hot tub excellent. Enjoyed the game room (now with heating and cooling). Perfect for the family.

3 night stay

House was excellent for the 7 of us. Enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Walking distance to beach. Excellent neighborhood.

Family Vacation

The house was wonderful and had everything we needed. There was 12 of us and we all had plenty of room. The house was spotless and we enjoyed the pool and proximity to the beach! Definitely recommend!!

Fabulous Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Latitude Adjustment! The home is pristine and the owners have thought of everything - it was truly a home away from home. The beach is a short walk from the house, the park is an even shorter walk. The pool and spa tub are beautiful and inviting. Thank you so much for such a great place to stay!

Absolutely wonderful!

We absolutely loved our stay at Mackie‘s property. She definitely thought of everything needed for a week at the beach. Thank you for such an incredible week for our two families. Will definitely try to get back again!!

Family Reunion

The property was wonderful!! It was clean, perfectly located for our family’s needs, and met the needs of infants, children, teenagers, parents and grandparents. The property management team was extraordinarily efficient and professional. We would go back there in a minute!!

All inclusive

Really, Machie has set the table for all to enjoy! You don't even need to bring your pool or beach toys. Great place, better yet, great couple to get to know! Look forward to seeing again in a couple of years.

Amazing property!

We had such a great experience renting this house! The house itself was beautiful and clean with plenty of amenities, and the pool/spa was clutch. We had one issue with the pool early in our stay, but the property manager came out and fixed it within an hour. The location was quiet but close to HHI's best spots. Rent this house!

Very clean and well maintained. The best rental home that we have used.

This was a great experience from the beginning. The owners are very responsive to any questions asked and obviously take pride in their property. The home was quite comfortable and met our family needs in function, convenient location, comfort and cleanliness. Our 4 grandchildren (ages 6 thru 2 1/2) loved the pool and the bunk bed room. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Wonderful

Amazing time with our family and friends! The only problem was that our stove/oven went out towards the end of the week. Gas stove and grill saved us. Also, the owners came right out to help within hours of us calling them! Heading back next year!!!!

Absolutely Perfect

What a perfect place for our family to enjoy time together. The house was gorgeous and very comfortable for our group of 12. The pool and hot tub were so relaxing and the kids played non stop, swimming for hours. The beach is just minutes away and beautiful with soft white sand, perfect for sand castles and beach volleyball. Lots of restaurants close by, and we also enjoyed grilling at the house. It was hard to say goodbye to the house and the memories we had together there.

Amazing property and owner!

We rented for all of January to escape the Northeast cold and our pandemic life. We couldn’t have asked for a better house for our family! We enjoyed the easy access to the beach daily (sunrises are a must), proximity to the park (including tennis) and amenities in the house (ping pong, hot tub). Mackie (and family) were incredibly responsive on questions. When we travel back to HHI, Mackie will be our first call! Thank you!

Great house

This house is great! Love the location and the house. Things that we would have liked is bikes available, we didnt have any, and in the description, it said we would. We would have liked a "hot" hot tub. I understand the pool not being heated, but the hot tub we expected to be hot. The outside shower was hidden and not easy to access. We would definitely book this house again. Thank you

very nice home and access to beach

Happy with everything about the property except, the controls for the spa did not work most of the time, and though it had a nice game room, it was NOT air conditioned and therefore not able to use it until we went out and bought a portable floor air conditioner. The info on the property did not indicate it was not cooled and from the pictures we assumed it was.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay! I apologize for any inconvenience you had with the spaside remote not working. Hopefully the owner’s app for your smart phones that we provided when you called eleviated the problem. That should have provided you even more functionality. Likewise, I apologize if it wasn’t clear in our listing that the gameroom is on the ground floor and not climate controlled. We have never had that be a point of confusion for our guests before but we will make sure it’s clear in our listing going forward. It gets quite warm in the summer on the island and I will look at adding additional fans to make sure it’s a pleasant temperature for our future guests. We hope to host your group again in the future!

A fun and busy week

The home is as presented and was clean, very well equipped and comfortable for the 10 of us. We appreciated the amenities in the adjacent public park - soccer fields, baseball, tennis and basketball. The very large garage was handy for storing our many bikes, helmets etc.We used the bike paths to access the Shelter Cove shopping area and beyond and also for beach riding at low tide. Having the pool on the level of the living area was especially convenient for all. Faith Seiders at www.faithographyphoto.com did an excellent family photo shoot of all of us. Our only complaint was that the week went by much too quickly - none of us wanted to leave!

Perfect Family Getaway!

This house was perfect for our family of ten - six adults and four children. We were celebrating our 45th anniversary with our children and grandchildren. We loved the layout of the house, the pool/hot spa right off the great room, and the close proximity to the beach. The kitchen and bedrooms were stocked with everything we needed. There were even pool toys beach wagon, and games included for the children. Unfortunately, it was too hot this week to take advantage of the game room downstairs. The pool made up for that! Many wonderful family memories were made this week! We are very thankful to Mackie for sharing her beautiful home with us!
