This 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom home in Folly Field is just 4 rows from the ocean and directly across from Chaplin Community Park, offering access to tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball fields, and a dog park. With a private pool and spa, game room, 4 king suites, and a short walk to the beach, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

The ground level features a climate-controlled game room with a ping pong table, foosball table, pop-a-shot, tennis racquets, Wii gaming console, board games, smart TV, and cozy seating. The private pool (24' x 12') and spa can be accessed from the front staircase, or through the sliding glass doors off the kitchen. The fenced-in pool deck includes sun loungers, a dining table, a seating area, and a gas grill.

Inside the main level, you'll find an open-concept living area with a fully stocked custom kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, gas range, second fridge/freezer, and a standalone ice maker—perfect for those hot summer days! The living room includes ample seating, a smart TV, fireplace, and sliding glass doors leading to the pool deck. Enjoy meals or family game nights around the large custom dining table.

Main Level Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: King bed, queen sleeper sofa, smart TV, desk, ensuite with soaking tub and walk-in shower.
