COMPLETELY RENOVATED - THE HOUSE LOOKS BEAUTIFUL!!! There are ocean peeks from several rooms! We had a great season in 2023 as we come out of the pandemic and everyone really enjoyed this home when we were able to rent again! We are excited to provide a wonderful vacation season for our 2024/2025 guests, both returning and new! Hilton Head has several new restaurants, ask about them!

This home has been renovated and expanded to a 6 Bedroom, 5 Bathroom home with two separate living areas, wet bar, big-screen TV (surround sound DVD and VCR), tiki hut by pool with grill, refrigerator and sink, granite kitchen and more! New Furnishings are throughout! Wireless internet is included! During 2021, we replaced the deck on the back which looks amazing. We also have new flooring on the main level and into some of the bedrooms, eliminating carpeting for a clean, modern look. Our bedding has been expanded, so the home now accommodates 22 persons.

This renovated and decorated, third row home features a fenced in backyard with a private pool/jacuzzi with tiki hut (has fridge, sink and grill). (Pool heat is available at an additional charge. Reserve in Advance!) The large open great room is enhanced by hardwood floors and a vaulted ceiling. Just steps to the beach and Coligny Plaza, this home is a great spot for a family vacation. There are two master suites in two separate wings of the home, each with king beds. The four guest rooms have a combination of queen and twin beds. Sleeper sofas add additional sleeping spaces. ** Pool heat available at an additional fee.

Within walking distance is the beach (less than 300 feet) and Coligny Plaza (200 feet). It wouldn't be vacation without Coligny. This shopping plaza is strategically located with 60 outstanding stores, restaurants, and services at the center of Hilton Head island. Sample something tasty at close to 20 unique restaurants and food purveyors. Catch a live performance on Center Stage. Feed the ducks at the famous Duck Pond. And take home a memory... or two.

There is no other location on Hilton Head Island that offers the amenities of the ocean and shopping all within a really short distance from your home. Come and see.

Bed configuration: Two Kings, two Queens, eight (8) Twins in another two rooms (one on each side of the house) as a combination of beds and bunks and two Queen sleeper sofas. Total = 20 (16 in beds).

* 1/2 day will be added to each pool heat request for startup

Great Family Vacation

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. It is in a great location. The beach, shopping, grocery store, Ice cream & restaurants were all within a short walking distance. Not only is the house in a wonderful location, it is a great place for a family get together. It fit all 17 of us. We had plenty of room and bathrooms. The kitchen fully stocked. The pool was a nice bonus for the kids to swim while we were preparing dinner. We already have plans to return next year.

Great home and location

This is s great house close to the beach and Coligny Plaza. Our families enjoyed the spacious rooms, the pool and outside tiki bar. Access to the beach was close to the house so we were able to enjoy the beach and go to the house for lunch or breaks as often as we wanted. Plenty of spaces tp sit/eat. I recommend this home for those who are looking for quick access to beach and Coligny Plaza.

Location Location Location

One word....LOCATION. Can't beat this location.House was great. We had 3 married couples and all of our adult children (18 - 25 yo). Plenty of room for 13 of us. Could of fit another 2-3 adults without need for pullouts. Master bedroom's are large. Plenty of baths. Kitchen was surprisingly well equipped. Everything worked. 1/2 block to beach, 1/2 block to stores/ice cream. 1 block to IGA/Piggly Wiggly and liquor store or bike rental. We were prepared for no beach equipment BUT there was several chairs in garage. Really this was a very nice place. As with any rental property they do tend to get beat up and this place was no exception but it was in very nice shape overall. Plenty of room!!!!

Great Space for Families

What a perfect location with enough space for our extended family of 14! The two bedroom wings meant toddlers could go to bed early and not be disturbed. Big kids had a bunk room in the opposite wing and a TV room in which to hang out, giving parents and grandparents time to relax and reconnect in the great room. Plenty of room for everyone. The proximity to the beach-one minute! To Coligny Plaza-three. We had a fabulous vacation!

The house was exactly as stated and shown It was a good size for our family.

I have two comments. There should be a hair dryer somewhere in the house. Also if you show a gas grill there should be enough propane for cooking more than one meal. We got a 10 hamburger dinner and had to buy a propane tank to cook one more meal. The spare was also empty.

Was told we could have early access at noon, 5/16. Our code did not work until 4pm. Luckily, a maintenance worker was there to install a TV and let us in. He then called and got an early entrance code. We were only delayed about 45 minutes. Otherwise, we would have had to sit outside for over 4 hours.

House was perfect and beautiful. Group of 10 guys for a golf trip and everyone had a comfortable bed. Beach is literally 2 seconds out the front door and bars/restaurants around the corner. Very quiet and fun beach town.

Golf getaway

A few friends rendezvoused at HH for a weekend golf getaway and we couldn’t have asked for a better setting for home base. Location was perfect and close to all needs and entertainment we were looking for and only a few minutes from the courses we were playing. Amenities were adequate and property managers were superbly accommodating. We’re definitely repeating if visiting Hilton Head in the future.

Perfect week in HHI

This house is perfect for large families. The 2 separate wings of the home were ideal for our large family, infants/young kids on 1 side, teenagers/older kids on the other side. The location was absolute perfection with an easy 2 minute walk to the beach & the town center was just 2 minutes in the other direction. We had a blast and made wonderful memories.

Premier location and first class house

We absolutely loved the prime location with easy access to the beach AND Caligny shopping. The house was the perfect accommodation for our group, and we thought that value for the cost was absolutely top notch. Will definitely book again on our next trip to HHI!

Perfect Location

Great layout woth two sepearte bedroom and bathroom wings and commonnsoace in the middle. The proximity to the beach and shops could not have been more perfect. A could handyman touches around the property would manke it a perfect 10. It overall an amazing property and phenomenal location.

A great stay!

This property was wonderful! Our family had a fantastic time. The house was clean and functioned well for our group of 17. We really enjoyed the dual family rooms. This allowed for space for the adults to hang out and a room for the teens/kids to play games. The pool was great and served us well. The close location to the beach and steps from Coligny Plaza was absolutely wonderful. Probably the best location we have stayed in. The only issue for us was the lack of beach equipment. We were told that there would not be any, but this was the only house we have ever rented that did not have beach chairs, shovels, boogie boards etc. It actually really impacted our trips to the beach. Some of us flew in and were not wanting to spend $50 on a beach chair just to be thrown away. As much as we loved the house we would probably need to be thoughtful about if we would want to rent this house again for this reason. We would have been happy to even pay a bit more to "rent" these items from the house. Like I said I would still give 5 stars because we were told about this beforehand, but I didn't realize how much it would effect our trips to the beach.

TLC couldn’t hurt

This place could use some TLC!! Had to start cleaning as soon as we arrived , bleached the deck and scrubbed the tiki hut Maintenance came in to do some quick fixes on some repairs in home. Call for pool to be cleaned before anyone could attempt to get in it. Very dirt !!

Great Week at the beach

This house was perfect for us. We have older teens/young adult children… perfect distance to the beach, perfect distance to Coligny (restaurants, shopping, entertainment). The house was plenty large enough for everyone to have space. Everyone was happy this week!

This property is ideally located close to the beach, shopping and everything Hilton Head. Location is everything and this one has it all. When we purchased it in the year 2000, there were only three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We saw the potential, so we doubled the size of the home. We have been so happy with the progress the island has made while keeping its unique charm alive and well.
