Just 5 miles from St Pete's beach. Less than 10 minute drive to downtown. Gated community, two swimming pools, one is heated. Small workout area and separate club house. Walk to Maximo park or take a walk to the skyway. Condo is 910 square ft with a very warm vibe. Everything you need for a fun getaway. Guests must submit an application though the association to include a $100 background check. Condo rules. Typically requires you book at least 10 days in advance.
