The property was great! The downstairs bedroom and TV area was very comfortable. When we come back to Red Rocks we will definitely try and stay here again. Super close to Downtown shopping and eating. 11 minutes to Red Rocks.

We had a wonderful stay here over a long weekend for a wedding. The location was fantastic—we could walk right into downtown Golden for wedding events and exploring, which made the whole trip so easy. One thing to note: the listing photos are shot from the front porch, so you don’t get a sense of the property from the street—it’s a bit tucked away and up some stairs in case of any accessibility issues, which caught us off guard on arrival. Once we were inside, though, the house was perfectly quiet, we had a great time, and would happily stay again! Todd is a great host with a great property!

The house was perfect for us. It is walking distance to everything you want to do in Golden, but it was very quiet once we were at the house. Todd is an excellent host, his communication was very prompt and everything was very clear on all of the details of the house. We would definitely stay here again on future visits to Golden!

This little Golden home was definitely a "golden nugget" just steps to all the downtown bars and restaurants. This home was so cute inside and out! Well equipped, clean and comfy beds.Only 5 miles to Red Rocks which was super convenient for our group of four.Would definitely recommend and stay again!Thank you Todd!!!PC
