Stairs into ocean bay are right off our patio, and just a few more steps away to pool, hot tub, and recreation room with pool table, ping-pong table, and exercise equipment.

The condo is located on a tranquil, tropical island resort neighborhood situated around a private golf course. The island is conveniently located between the vibrant downtown St Pete, beautiful Fort de Soto preserve/beaches, and top-ranked St. Pete beaches!

We have all new furniture (including king bed, queen bed, queen pullout sofa, in-unit W/D), a fully stocked kitchen, desks and large monitors/TVs in both bedrooms, and high-speed WIFI, making it an ideal place to work remotely.

The living room includes a 55-inch high-def, web-enabled TV, with cable service and premium surround sound speaker system. The couch is a new, comfy queen pullout for overnight guests.

The kitchen is newly stocked with all the dishes and cooking utensils you’ll need to cook meals at home and includes full-sized appliances (dishwasher, microwave, electric stovetop, fridge). We provide basic supplies like paper towels, napkins, oils, spices, dish detergent, and starter set of k-cup coffee pods.

The spacious primary bedroom has a large bright window facing the sunrise with sweeping water views, a new king mattress, hypoallergenic pillows, a large walk-in closet, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, and a walk-in shower with ADA grab bar. There is a large standing desk that can be set to any height (including chair height) and a large monitor that can be connected to your laptop or used for viewing your streaming services.

The second bedroom has a large window with peek-a-boo view of the water, a new queen bed with hypoallergenic pillows, and an ample closet. There is a desk with a large wall monitor that can be connected to your laptop or used for viewing your streaming services.

The guest bathroom is in the hallway and has a bathtub with an ADA grab bar, and a hair dryer. We provide shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and have extra bathroom supplies that you might forget.

The hall linen closet contains beach towels, extra bath towels, extra supplies, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, and pillows for the pullout couch.

The patio has loveseats and amazing view of water and sunrise. The patio closet includes low beach chairs and a cooler.

The pool area has plenty of lounge chairs, a couple shaded tables, and a hot tub with 180 degree view of the ocean bay.

The recreation room has a full-sized pool table, ping-ping table, book corner, bar-height table with beautiful view of water, and a fitness corner that includes a treadmill, an elliptical machine, an exercise bike, a weight machine, and free weights.
