Seascape 3226 es un Recién remodelado que se encuentra en la parte delantera de la propiedad, a solo 5 minutos a pie de la playa.

Este tres dormitorios, dos baños, casa adosada de tres niveles con todas las comodidades del hogar, incluyendo INTERNET INALÁMBRICO. En el nivel principal encontrará la amplia sala de estar, comedor y área de cocina que tiene acceso a la cubierta con vista a la laguna. Desde la sala de estar, disfrute de la gran terraza que da a la zona del patio con la laguna, que está equipada con una parrilla de gas y muebles de patio nuevos para comer al aire libre. El segundo piso ofrece dos habitaciones que comparten un baño común. El dormitorio de invitados uno tiene una cama queen y el dormitorio de invitados dos tiene dos camas matrimoniales. En el piso superior se encuentra una espaciosa suite principal y un baño con una cama tamaño king, vestidores y un gran balcón privado con vista a la laguna y la fuente.


Las Seascape Villas tienen un ambiente relajante y subtropical que ofrece dos piscinas de agua salada, senderos para caminar y una serie de lagunas con puentes conectados.


También hay una cabaña de playa privada ubicada en el océano para el uso exclusivo de los propietarios e invitados de Seascape. La cabaña incluye duchas exteriores y un baño separado para hombres y mujeres.

Amazing location!

The property was great and in an amazing location to the beach! It was perfect for our relaxing girls beach weekend. Only hiccup is the parking. There isn’t a lot of space and spots aren’t marked so you can run into issues of not being able to turn around or find a spot if others are too spaced out. Overall still a great experience!

Close to EVERYTHING

Couldn’t be happier with this property. From the rental company who was very responsive, to the cleanliness of the home including bathrooms and kitchen, to the great location near Coligny and a short walk to the beach, this property was ideal. It is priced right as it does show its age in some places, but updated kitchen and baths are great. We loved the proximity to the beach, and it even included boogie boards and umbrellas for our time there. Short walk to both pools on the property. Absolutely perfect for the price!

The beds were comfortable and the unit had everything we needed. There was a draft coming in from the front door and slider which could use some weather stripping.Love the fact that the unit is so walkable to the beach and Coligny!Love the fact that “Vacation Time Rentals” is right next door and they are great with any needs you might have!

Beach access was convenient. Outside of condo was not well kept at all around the entire complex. There was a car with a tarp over the sunroof that looked like it did not run parked almost on top of the side walk to our condo door. Very difficult to get things in and out. The pool for the complex was nasty. Walls were stained.

The owners have remodeled their villa and want all of their guests to have a memorable vacation. Please note that the property management company has been notified of the issues regarding the debris around the grounds as well as the pool area. Please do note that the disabled car has been removed from the property. We do hope you will consider vacationing with us again on your next trip to Hilton Head.

Great location, clean, funky electrical and wifi

Great location and clean! Great master suite. Lights flashed /pulsed throughtout our stay on all 3 floors and the wifi kept resetting due to electric issues. Even the inside refrigerator light pulsed! Had to buy batteries for 3 remotes to work on Christmas day. Managing office was very responsive, however, nothing was fixed for our stay. Did not use internet or watch streaming movies as a result, which was a bummer over Christmas break. Both screen doors were broke and did not open/close, so we didn't really use them as a result. We enjoyed our time on Hilton Head, as we always do. Jessica P.

We did have the electric company as well as an electrician to see if they could identify what was causing the problem with the lights and was unable to re-create the situation. Unfortunately with the holidays it was hard to get someone in sooner. I’m glad you were able to enjoy your time while on the island and hope to have you vacation with us again on your next trip to Hilton Head.

We enjoyed the stay at the condo but was very disappointed I had no working TV in the bedroom all week! They said it was a cable box but no one came back to fix it! I am one who needs to sleep with the TV and was not able to do so! That was the only disappointing feature about our trip! Thank you Diane Koerbel

Loved our stay!

The property was clean and had all the conveniences that we needed. The location was great. 10 minute walk to the beach (faster if you aren’t lugging a bunch of stuff!). You walk to the main road then there is a private sidewalk down to the beach (signpost 54 from the beach). Very easy. The cabana bathrooms right off the beach for the villas were super helpful, especially with kids! About a 15 minute walk to Coligny Plaza. The only thing we didn’t care for was when we checked in after 4pm they told us the place was ready but when we showed up the cleaning crew were still finishing up. They quickly finished and left. It wasn’t a big deal for us.

Great spring trip

Our family had an amazing time. Comfortable beds, new furnishings, great beach access and bike trails. Only recommendations, would have loved to know that the property was under construction on the exterior. Contractors were working, and it was difficult to access the front door due to scaffolding. Outdoor girl was inoperable, and unable to get bedroom TVs working( likely user error). Would recommend bringing a fan for the top level. It was much warmer then the other two floors. Would definitely stay here again, great location for a family. Bike rentals just one block up, .7 miles to all shopping and food.

Thank you for your review, we appreciate your feedback. We apologize that you found the deck to be un-usable and look to correct that issue moving forward. The owners did purchase new furniture for the deck and also found the HVAC wasn't working efficiently which may have cause there to be a "musty" odor. A new HVAC system has been installed and is working great. We do hope to have you visit with us again on your next visit to Hilton Head.

Great Time Away!

Reviewer Comments: This was a great spot to relocate to for a couple weeks to give the family a change of scenery. My wife and I worked throughout our stay and the internet was fine 90% of the time which was terrific. The property was clean, kitchen was stocked as we expected. They even had some boogie boards and beach items in the closet. I had to run out to get new propane tank with our first use, the outdoor table fell apart (rotted) and the fridge in the master bedroom didn't work. The management company seemed indifferent about the issues (no apology or desire to do anything about these items during the two week stay). In the grand scheme of things these were all small issues and enjoyed the stay. The AC worked but some rooms were warmer and others cold. The deck area is buggy so bring bug spray. Its a 5 minute walk to the beach and short walk to town center. I found the property to be as advertised.

I apologize that you felt the staff seemed indifferent during your stay; we pride ourselves on providing our guests with the best possible customer service and am sorry for your experience. The owners of the 3226 have replaced the furniture on the deck as well as the mini-refrigerator in the master bedroom. The HVAC system has also been replaced which should help immensely with cooling the upstairs bedrooms. We do hope to have you vacation with us again on your next trip to the island!!

Perfect vacation get away

It was our first trip to Hilton Head and we were impressed by the area. The condo was very comfortable, the furniture was attractive and well suited for a vacation home. However, the kitchen was sparsely furnished with minimal basics such as pots and pans, dishes, glasses and flatware but little of anything else; no broom or dustpan, no aluminum foil or plastic wrap, no coffee filters, no pot holders, no trash bags other than the one in the bin, only one dish towel. The only condiments were salt and pepper. We could only find 1 hair dryer on the top floor. We have been to other VRBO condos and found them to be fully stocked with all sorts of things so this took us by surprise. We would have done more departure cleaning if the products had been there so we did our best and called it a day. This did not disrupt our visit as we are light eaters and it was fun to shop at Publix which has so much ready made food. The appliances worked great and thumbs up on the new kitchen. The WiFi was fine and we enjoyed the pool. Note to management: The WIFI password on the arrival instructions had a type-o but the password is on the router.

The owners take great pride in maintaining their villa to be sure that all of their guests have a memorable stay. Thank you for letting us know about the lack of kitchen ware, we will certainly look into it and be sure the owner is notified of things that are needed. Typically items such as condiments, spices, etc. are not supplied for sanitary reasons. The cleaning company does supply a “start up” of amenities such as garbage bags, paper towels, dishwasher soap packets, etc. We hope to have you consider vacationing with us again on you next trip to Hilton Head.

Nice place but . . .

The downstairs had NOT been cleaned!! So after driving for 6 hours with two kids, we had to vacuum, dust, and Clorox wipe the kitchen 😞 I called the property manager and complained. She said she would refund the cleaning fee but she HAS NOT refunded yet. The condo was fairly well kept inside and nicely decorated but the deck and front sidewalk were a mess. Had to sweep and clean both. The location is great and close to the beach with bike trail on the property. Owner should definitely see to hiring another cleaning group.
