Hello, My name is Jason Boschert and I'm pleased to be the Property Manager for this fantastic Parkview Bay Condominium. Please feel free to contact me with all of your questions, for any needs during your stay, and if you'd like any recommendations for things to do while visiting the Lake of the Ozarks. As the property manager, I'm working for you as well as the property owner! My goal is to provide a relaxing, worry-free getaway with upscale amenities to accommodate our guests.

The Lake of the Ozarks is an area we've always enjoyed vacationing. Once we were in a position to purchase a vacation home, this was our first choice! There's been so much growth at the Lake in recent years that all the comforts of home are right here - when you're 'away from it all' at the lake, everything you need is still close by which makes it that much more relaxing to take a break!
What makes this Condo unique
Parkview Bay is one of the finest condominium developments at the Lake of the Ozarks. The location is fantastic, within minutes of the lake area attractions including the Outlet Mall, Restaurants & Bars, Grocery Stores, and Entertainment!

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
