Conveniently located near Lee University, this modernized home sits on a beautiful flat 1/2 acre with a lovely creek running to the right of the property. NOTE: There is no additional cleaning fee and nothing for you to do but enjoy your stay. Internet, wood, spices, towels, a fully stocked kitchen are all provided.

PLEASE NOTE: this is a unique experience WITHOUT television. However, you can watch all your shows via internet if desired. There are games and a puzzle in the basement and a bottle of red wine and white wine is provided with coffee service, snacks, and bacon and eggs for your stay over 2 days unless you prefer something else.

This 1966 renovation features a gorgeous 4 season Florida room, fireplace upstairs AND a cast iron wood burning stove on the terrace level with a cord of wood in the carport.

The large, country kitchen has total seating for 12, with 2 island seats, a solid oak kitchen table with 2 leaves seating 6 with additional seating for 4 in the Florida room. Several lovely area rugs protect the new hardwood floors.

Two half staircases offer easy access to the 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a 4th bedroom with half bath, laundry, and large storage closet in the basement. All bathrooms are fully tiled.

The large master bedroom comes with a 2-year-old, king-sized Purple Brand bed, and the private bath has a walk-in shower. The upstairs queen room features an adjustable electric bed with a brand-new mattress. The twin room has a newly exposed and framed brick wall and a high-end firm mattress. Hall bath has gorgeous original pink tile, new commode, upgraded cabinets, and new plumbing with new white sink with original pink tub. Shower head is raised to accommodate folks up to 6’6” or taller.

Terrace level basement has a 4th bedroom with sitting area, office area, a cast iron wood burning stove, half bath and laundry room with a private patio entrance with seating and a pretty view into the backyard. The home is 1.8 miles from Lee University, and convenient to 3 grocery stores and many restaurants.
