About this property

Sanborn Sanctuary - HOT TUB & great location

The main home has two bedrooms and two baths with a full kitchen. In addition, there is a unit over the garage with a bedroom, bath, sofa sleeper, and another full kitchen. With three separate balconies and an outdoor firepit, there is lots of space to watch Sedona’s natural landscaping and even soak up some star gazing at night. You sit within a short walking distance to many trails including the famous Sugarloaf and Thunder Mountain trails. Enjoy a soak in our hot tub after a day of hiking.

The main house has two bedrooms. Through double doors, you will find a master bedroom, ensuite, and private access to a balcony. The second bedroom has bunk beds with a twin trundle. All bedrooms and living spaces have TVs allowing entertainment for everyone.

Access to the above garage loft apartment can be found one of two ways, either through its own exterior entrance or through the main home via the garage. Upstairs you will find a king bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen and queen pull-out sofa sleeper.

We had a wonderful stay! We were all very impressed with the property and found it bigger nicer than we expected from the photos. We enjoyed using the hot tub, grill, and fire pit. Easily fit 5 cars with 2 in the garage, 3 in the driveway. Great for a family or group of friends!!

Wonderful, beautiful, relaxing stay!

We had a fabulous stay in Sedona at this property. The house is beautifully maintained and was ready for our arrival, we had good communication with the manager with check in and check out. Everyone had a place to sleep. We hiked during the day and utilized the hot tub at night.

Great Sedona Getaway

Overall, the property was great, convenient for needs and accessibility to locations in Sedona. Great communication with host and property well kept. Near many restaurants and loved the ability to walk some trails right from property (Keyhole Cave!). Had unexpected visitors at night in driveway...javalinas!

The house is very spacious. I was lucky enough to get the master suite and had sooooo much space! The girls who got the loft loved it also. Bright and airy. We thought we'd use the hot tub and cook in more than just one night but you know what they say about having good intentions. The only real complaint about everything was that the other two bathrooms didn't have enough counter space.

Great Location, Beautiful Views, Separate Upstairs Loft

We had a great stay at this location! It’s a beautiful property with fun spaces indoors and outdoors. My parents joined our family on this trip so it was perfect for them to have their own space upstairs with kitchen, fridge, and a great porch! The hot tub and fire pits were fun and walking straight to nearby trailheads. We had everything we needed and good communication with host who was easy to work with and helpful. Our Sedona highlights were hiking, ATVs all day, Sliding Rock State Park, day trip to the Grand Canyon, Sedonuts, Divine Berry, and the Hideaway.

Loved everything about it!

The house was beautiful and set up very well for a vacation. We had four kids 16 - 20 yr old. It worked out well for everyone. The neighborhood was also very nice. We didn't know that we could walk to a number of great trailheads. That was a great bonus. I highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Sedona.

Incredible, modern home in the middle of Sedona

I give everything about this amazing home 5 stars! First off, Jared - the property manager - could not have been more helpful or responsive during the booking process and throughout our stay (thanks Jared!). This beautiful Sedona home is in the middle of everything - including just a few blocks to several awesome trails! It's less than a mile to Whole Foods and under two miles to downtown. The home itself is clean, modern, has everything you could possibly need, has amazing views, and is in the cutest neighborhood. So many bonuses about this place - the hot tub (which is huge), two fire pits, a gas grill, two kitchens (perfect if you're bringing in-laws), ample parking, and more. I highly recommend this property and will plan to rent again when we are back in Sedona.

amazing property and location

We very much enjoyed being at the property. The location in Sedona could not be better with breathtaking views from the house and in short walking distance. Very classy property and furnishings. I will deduct a few points because there was very little oil and no sugar so we could not do immediate cooking. It requires a trip to Safeway which is close by so it's not a big deal. It only costs a couple of bucks but makes guests life easier. Also, I would have like if the AC was turned on littler earlier than it was so it took a while for the house to cool down. Jared was excellent and very responsive.
