Ubicada en el río Toccoa, esta propiedad de 5 acres tiene 200 pies de frente en el río Toccoa y 1200 pies de frente de Hothouse Creek. La casa está diseñada para vivir al aire libre con su gran porche cubierto con vistas al río. La casa de 2 dormitorios / 2BA tiene una gran cocina que está completamente equipada. La propiedad está nivelada y tiene fácil acceso al agua para aquellos que quieran pescar, remar, kayak o flotar. Hay dos televisores, uno se encuentra en la sala de estar y el otro en el dormitorio principal. El lavadero es grande y está ubicado justo al lado de la cocina para mayor comodidad. House tiene internet, ¡pero quién quiere eso cuando puedes estar afuera disfrutando de la naturaleza!

The home was incredible- cozy, spacious and accommodating. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the peace and serenity that the grounds offered as well as its proximity to Copperhill, McCaysville and Blue Ridge. Our family enjoyed a warm, outdoor fire and fishing for trout on the Toccoa. We will be back.

This river home is the very best! Dead ends to the large property, plenty of room for everyone. Fishing was amazing and my fur babies had plenty of safe yard places to play. River water is super clear, the river is wide right in front of home, you can watch the blue ridge train go by, and hearing the water go over the rocks is so relaxing. The shops in Blue Ridge and the food is off the chains.

A relaxing stay by the river

We had a lovely time at the river cabin. Very relaxing and the cabin had everything we needed.

The cabin is right on the river. We enjoyed sitting on the huge deck watching the fishing boats, kayakers and tubers go by. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen well stocked and trout fishing right on the property was a big plus. The house is lovely on 5 acres at the end of a one lane road. If you are looking for a quiet and serene place to spend some time unwinding, then this is the place for you. Diane

We had a great family vacation. The kitchen was updated and well stocked. There was plenty of room for the entire family on the large, covered deck that overlooks the Toccoa River. Quiet and very relaxing.

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. It's well stocked and perfectly located. We had a minor issue with the AC, we contacted Tina, and the issue was addressed immediately! We will definitely be back!!!

We had a wonderful time in Mineral Bluff. It was close to the lake, and tubing. We are already planning a trip next year. It was very spacious and relaxing for a family of 4. My family spent many hours fishing on the property and we caught a few!

The cabin was perfect. Had everything you needed and more. Been wanting to rent a cabin on the river for a long time and couldn't ask for a better one. Eating on the deck and watching people fishing and tubing and seeing the train come by was an extra.

Beautiful cabin at the end of the road. Great fishing at the cabin and great location to go kayaking on the river. The outdoor sitting was amazing. Never got too warm, even in June.

Vacation

Gorgeous home and property. Views are amazing, especially in the morning at sunrise. Fly fishing was great. We caught and released numerous large rainbow and brown trout. Great place for a family getaway. We will definitely be back.
