Coastal Charm is an elegant new 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home located at 805 Hillside Drive South in North Myrtle Beach. This luxurious beach vacation home is beautifully decorated with charm and beauty to make a pleasant and memorable vacation! This 3004 sq. ft. home has tremendous space for family fun including a game room with TV, a game room with a pool table, and a new private pool with a fenced in back yard. This spacious home can sleep 12. When you enter this rental, a few steps up the gorgeous hard wood floors takes you to the 2nd floor where there are 3 of the 4 bedrooms and the game room. On the street side is a queen bedroom with a TV and balcony access. There is a jack-and-jill bathroom with double sinks and a tub and shower combination that is shared with another bedroom with 2 twin bunks and TV. One of the master suites is also on this floor. This master has a king bed, balcony access to the pool side, TV, and a master bath with a walk-in shower.

On the third floor is the open living area, kitchen area, another master suite that faces the street side, half bath, and large balcony that overlooks the pool. The spacious living area has a TV, sectional couch (with double size sleeper), and fireplace. The tremendous kitchen area has a stylish table that seats 10 and a kitchen island with 4 bar stools. All of the appliances in the kitchen are new and include a Keurig and a ice machine. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, and all you should need to prepare a meal are handy. The kitchen sliding door opens onto the open balcony where there is a table for dining that overlooks the pool. The master suite has a king bed, TV, and master bath with double sinks and a walk-in shower. Also available are 2 twin cots, a queen blow-up mattress, a high chair, a pack-and-play, a baby bath seat, and an outside shower. There is a washer and dryer, free WiFi, and free parking (5 cars). A carbon monoxide detector is also in this rental. A gas grill is available for your use. The garage has plenty of room to keep your beach equipment and a golf cart, if you decide to rent one.

Coastal Charm is conveniently located close to grocery stores, entertainment, shopping, and dining. Find eateries, shopping, and entertainment on Main Street, Ocean Drive, just a few blocks away. This is a pet friendly rental. 2 dogs are allowed with a 75 lb. maximum weight per dog. Dogs are not allowed in the pool. This is a non-smoking property. Families only. No students/student groups. The minimum age requirement is 25 to make a reservation. You must be at least 25 to check-in.

This family rental property is located in a quiet, residential community. Groups or house parties are NOT allowed. Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced. Any violation will result in eviction.
